Service Department was very helpful. Kept me updated on the status throughout the two days they had my vehicle. All the personnel I dealt with was really been a pleasure to work with. From the service writer to the ladies in the cash office to the young man that brought my car up to the drive - all were great. This is definitely NOT the typical dealership - it exceeded all my expectations.

This was the third car I've bought from Five Star. This is the third time I've used Randall Swindell. Randall has helped me in every step in making sure I get a good deal and the vehicle that I want, not just trying to throw me into what I could afford.

Customer service is Five Star Ford's culture...not just a motto. Justin, Sales, took excellent care of us from making sure the Ford CPO vehicle was ready upon our arrival for a test drive all the way to the final negotiations. Freddie, Finance, at signing was truly a pleasure vs. other dealerships high pressure sale on extended warranty. We will absolutely go back when time for another vehicle.

Great dealership to buy new, but i'm not happy with the quality and condition of the used car i purchased, long story short, it's falling apart after only 3.5 months and in need of very expensive repairs
