My friend took me there after telling me that he recommended to me to conduct my business there, and specifically with his sales rep, Daniel Moritz. It's difficult to express how right he was, and how excellent Daniel was, telling me honestly about his car experience, the options available, the search he conducted, the pricing possibilities, and a myriad of details we covered in two days of direct talks, which concluded with them making trades just so I could have my wishes fulfilled. My new Maverick was preceded by two weeks of constant checkups and options that each got closer and closer to the perfect find, and it was THE perfect find. It seems like I will be dealing with Autonation and Daniel for the long term, and enjoying it too.

Went in for an alignment of my truck.
Went in for an alignment of my truck. Showed the service rep that there was some corrosion near one of my batteries. Later he sent me an email saying that one of my batteries was bad and that it had caused damage to the other. Thus recommending that I have both replaced for around $500. I told him no, that I would change them myself. Went to AutoZone and Advanced Auto Parts to have them both tested. Both batteries were fine. No issue with either batteries. Further insult was that the batteries had 3 year Ford warranties and were dated 11/23. Further, I had bought a extended warranty on my truck. Another issue that I raised while dropping off the vehicle. He was not familiar with the issuing company, but said that he would call to see if the other work was covered or not. He said he called them, but now I'm uncertain if that did happen. The truck is a 2022 and this dealer made no effort to resolve.

Overall everything was good.
Overall everything was good. I had an appointment but waited a bit before anyone acknowledged me and then when they did, they immediately asked me to take a seat. I waited about 15 or 20 min before someone actually checked me in. My only complaint was the waiting part. It was first thing in the morning so the department should have been fully staffed to service the first customers of the day. Great customer service overall though.

Super friendly staff.
Super friendly staff. They bent over backwards to make sure we got what we wanted. Sterling was excellent all around. He was super friendly, communicated regularly and most importantly was not pushy. Which is hard to find at a car dealership.

Within 6 months, we found out the lift kit was piece meal
Within 6 months, we found out the lift kit was piece meal together. So much for inspecting the truck before selling it!!! Clean the truck up, make it look nice and sell it fast. Will never recommend or buy any vehicle there again. Totally unsatisfied with the personnel.
