Within 6 months of purchasing a Ford F150, the lift kit
Within 6 months of purchasing a Ford F150, the lift kit needs to be replaced. The lift kit was a hodge podge of parts, So much for inspecting a vehicle before selling it. Needless to say, they are not accountable for anything other than cleaning up a vehicle so it looks nice and sell it fast. Totally unprofessional from sales dept to finance dept

Went in for an alignment of my truck and 40K service.
Went in for an alignment of my truck and 40K service. Pointed out some corrosion near one of my batteries and asked them to check it out during the service. Rep called me and told me that one of my batteries was in fact bad and that it had likely caused damage to the other and quoted me ~500 with a one year warranty to replace the two batteries. I told him no, that I would do that myself. I took both batteries to Autozone and Advanced Auto to have the batteries tested. Both came back without any issues. (Advanced Auto seemed to be a more in depth test.) Further salt in the wound, when I pulled the batteries, they said 3 year warranty and were dated 11/23. Yet the dealership quoted me to replace. Can't trust organizations that treat their customers this way. I'll drive farther to use someone else in the future.
