Bob Jeffreys was amazing. He explained the services thoroughly in a way I could understand (I am autistic) without being condescending. He was also very nice to talk to and kept the small talk interesting.

I purchased my HR-V two months ago and recently had a tire blowout. I was able to get my car in the same morning I called for an appointment. They got my tire changed out and they ensured my other tires were still in good shape. After leaving the dealership, the tire pressure light popped back on, so I turned back around to go back to the dealership. My car was taken back right away to get the problem resolved immediately. They were very professional, kind and prompt. It was on of the better experiences I've had at a dealership. If you're in the hunt for a vehicle, I hughly recommend Serra Honda.
