Jake gave excellent service. He was able to arrange to get my navigation updated and give me a loaner since the service was going to take longer than I had planned. He also understood my frustration with the nav system in my 2022 MDX and gave me a 2025 loaner so I see the new nav system which sold me on purchasing a new MDX which we are picking up tomorrow. He was friendly, courteous and helpful. He is a 10 star for my rating!!
