2010 Acura TL consumer reviews

This car is supposedly highly reviewed for quality, but with just over 3,500 miles, I am already having problems. I specifically bought this car because I live in a rural area and didn't want something unreliable. Now, I have to drive over 200 miles to the nearest Acura dealer because they will not authorize anyone else to do the work. Their "customer care" agency is a joke. I made a huge mistake buying this car. You should also google the on-line complaints about dash cracks and Acura's non-responsiveness to that. Do yourself a favor and take a pass.

The car is excellent in fit and finish. The interior is comfortable and the controls that are not on the steering wheel are within easy reach and intuitive to use. The mileage is good and it's fun to drive.

3,000 miles and going strong,everyting works fine and run like a top.good gas mileage and performance not one problem and on board computer very helpful.

Whenever I'm asked how I like my new Acura TL, the answer is always the same -- love it!! I test drove the BMW 3-series, Infinity G35, and Audi A4 -- all were excellent automobiles -- but the Acura TL has the biggest bang for the buck. Handling, performance, looks, comfort, ergonomics -- all best in class. If you're considering the Acura TL -- the technology package IS A MUST. Don't think about it, just make sure it's included -- you'll be glad you did.

This car is such a beauty. I just love everything about it. It's a pleasure to drive and handles like a dream. It's everything I ever wanted in a sedan. Big enough for the family yet it drives and handles like a sports car. I love that it's not generic and boring looking like other cars in its class. It comes standard with so many conveniences for the price it's unbelievable. Don't sleep on this treasure from Acura.

I purchased this car after test driving the Lexus ES350 and the Buick Lacrosse. Although both the Buick and the Lexus are very nice car they just don't handle like the TL. I am an aggressive driver and the Lexus seem to roll a bit on the corners. The TL drives very close to the Corvette which I also owned in the past. I love the voice command Navigation system and the interior plushness. I love the look of the new Acura although some people hated since they are still stuck in the past. All I can say is that to me this is the best TL ever. Cheers, rp

i hav been looking for a new car for some tome now, and I finally got it. I have worked for body shops and have driven almost everything out there, including a 2007 TL type s. As soon as you make a fast turn in this the 2010 TL AWD, you are in love. handles better then anything I have ever driven. I drove a 2009 G37x to the dealer to test drive the TL, and you can see the difference. Buy one! tech package not worth the extra 4k

I just bought the 2010 tl awd tech pkg! Outstanding performance! Many people work hard to have joy in their lives and I truly believe that you should get this car in order to get it right away! Forget the economy, you deserve to drive this beauty... You only lived once and joyful experiences only happens once in your lifetime! I highly recommend this vehicle if you want to have a smile on your face each and every day! (No matter what happens around you!) You truly deserve it!!!!!

Great car! Excellent tech package. Only issue I have is a couple of rattles for which I'm bringing the car into the dealer. The styling is unique, so I feel like my car doesn't look like everyone else's on the road.

I applaud Acura for finally taking the lead with a fresh bold design for the '09/'10 TL. The last gen. TL was a great car, but I didn't care much for its Plain-Jane ext. styling. The new TL's styling, in contrast, is simply brilliant inside and out. The ride is remarkably quiet and controlled (even on rough roads), the steering is precise, and there is plenty of low-end torque. Inside, the large high-res. nav. system with rear-view camera, the keyless entry system, the dazzling sound of the HDD-based ELS system, and the premium leather seats (all of which come with the Tech. package at a bargain price) bring the car's substance on par with its stunning looks. Now, add to this Acura's legendary reliability and resale value, and you have a car that?s second to none in its segment. In the last 15 years, I had only driven German cars. Before buying the TL, I took a close look at the Audi A4, BMW 535xi, VW CC VR6, MB C300, and Infiniti G37x. In this group, the only close contender for the TL w/ Tech. package was the VW CC VR6, but only for those who can live with its two- seater rear arrangement! So, all things considered, my final analysis led me straight to the TL. And I'm absolutely delighted!
