2018 Audi Q5 consumer reviews

I previously owned a Q3 which was a nice car but more of a sports car ride. I purchased the Q5 with hopes of getting the same performance of the Q3 but with a smoother ride. The Q5 did not disappoint!

What an awesome automobile. I never once dreamed of owning an Audi...I am so happy that I bought it. It is solid and comfortable and drives like nothing I?ve driven before.

This car has a lot of safety features and a 5* safety rating. The entertainment system is great and the bluetooth is really good. Support 2 phones at the same time which is nice on a journey as both phones are hands free. Car is quick and cruises at 75mph delivering a terrific 33.5mpg well above the 28mpg on the sticker.

I've owned or leased may vehicles over the years and have a pretty good idea of what makes a good one. In my opinion, the 2018 Audi Q5 is one of the best vehicles currently on the road. The fit and finish is flawless, the interior exudes quality, ride and handling are excellent, and the infotainment system works as advertised. My only complaint is that Audi should have put its complete suite of safety systems on all of its vehicles rather than only as an option on their highest trim line. While the Q5 Premium Plus (which I have) includes blind spot detection and cross traffic alert, in this day and age it should also have the lane keeping assist, stop sign recognition, and automatic braking at all speeds.

This newer Q5 design is amazing. The car is super comfortable (I was able to drive across state lines between CA and AZ in one sitting without taking a single stop and didn't even feel the drive by the end of the 5.5 hours trip. The virtual cockpit, where the entire gauges are shown on an LCD screen is super useful and helpful. The car's performance and gas/mileage consumption are amazing (I have finished this CA-AZ drive with 1/5th tank left by the end of the trip. The car also has a lot of cool features. For example, it will turn on an additional side light when while you make a turn, which is helpful in dark streets or during parking, and it has a smart sensing technology that detects when you are getting too close to the car in front of you without breaking. It will even break for you while driving in low speed through parking or stop-and-go traffic.

It?s seems nice but the inside is a little plastic looking. I feel they could have made it much more luxurious inside. Disappointed in the details

The car had awesome technology features like internet access SiriusXM etc. I love the color and the fact the car alerts me if I?m leaving my phone in the car. The updates were worth trading up.

This Audi fills the bill for what we wanted in our new car! It is a great car but coupled fuel economy and ride you couldn't do any better.

Love the car and driving is now a pleasure and stress reducer. Beautiful interior and plenty of room. Excellent sound system and fun to drive.

Quiet smooth ride. The technology make the use and driving experience enjoyable. As a one person user of the vehicle I wanted something that was fun to drive and easy to enter and exit.
