2013 Cadillac SRX consumer reviews

This is my first Cadillac and I love everything about this car! I had a Lexus Rx300 before the Cadilllac that I drove for 10 years and was I was leary of driving anything but a Lexus but I loved the look of the RX and decided to take one for a test drive. Once I drove it... I bought it! This is a great, great car! So smooth and comfortable and SMART! I would buy it again tomorrow. And probably will buy another one when I drive the wheels off this one! Can't go wrong with a Cadillac! I've been converted!

Sleek looking on the outside. Spaceship like interior. Lights up amazingly. Screams "big deal". To me feels as if it shoukd have better get up and go. Not disappointed at all.... just feel as if it should have more. My wifes 2012 Sorento has more get up. Overall though an amazing vehicle. With all these other reviews... I really hope my seats dont give me a hard time in the future.

The navigation system is horrible in the Cadillac srx. When using blue tooth, the voice prompts are always delayed, have to repeat name of contacts multiple times or manually call contact. Very very disappointed in the navigation system. System does not recognise destination, when using voice to enter address. Have to manually enter into system also. Not a satisfied customer.

The seats may not be the best when it comes too comfort, but when it comes too safety! Cadillac is one off the best cars out, I had several car's prior too my Cadillac, and none equal too the quality of the safety of this car. You definitely are getting your money's worth! Thank you for making such amazing car, I highly recommend.

My wife (primary driver) has driven this SUV 12k miles over 18 months. We find it superior+ in every category, except the very complex CUE system. On a scale of 10 we give the CUE a 2. Very poor engineering and testing job. The CUE was released too soon. Otherwise this vehicle meets or exceeds our expectations.

The seats are hard, we bought the car mainly for cross country trips. We will take our chevy truck on our next trip as it is much more comfortable for rides of more than 30 miles. The touch bars & screen are so slow to respond to our touch commands that we would prefer knobs to adjust components.

This was the most unreliable car I ever owned. As soon as the warranty ended, the problems started. The blind spots are a true safety hazard. I had the starter fixed twice, the transmission was ready to blow when I finally got rid of it. The pop up navigation was a joke. It was never correct and it would get stuck from time to time and the screen would not go up or down. I fixed most things twice and the third time was right around the corner. There were no decent warranties available for this car and with over 70k miles it was time for it to go. I couldn't wait to get rid of it. I drove it every day in Miami and although I drove it alot, it should have held up much better than it did. There is nothing worse than an overheated car on the side of the road in Florida. I had the tow truck in the contacts section of my phone. Problems started around 40k and they didn't stop.
