The ride is amazing. The interior & exterior are classy. The "extras" have spoiled us! We may never own anything but a Cadillac! We don't have to wonder if it will start or if it might break down. VERY reliable!

The car looks great, but the radio system is an issue, I have spoken to other owner and this model has the issue , get a extended warranty, because they will not fix this lemon issue with the touch screens

This vehicle has been a great all around vehicle both in city as well as highway. Smooth ride, fuel efficient, and great drivability during adverse road conditions during Minnesota winters.

As a previous Cadillac I know what to expect from Cadillac. This XTS does not disappoint. From the moment you step in. There is plenty of room and the safety features are great.

This thing is just awful. The last sad excuse for a Cadillac I'll ever own! Road noise is ridiculous, every bump feels like driving over a land mine, with only 70,000 miles I had the touch infotainment screen die, BOTH front magnetic shocks fail (the last of which Cadillac wouldn't cover so I traded it THAT DAY!), gauge display system would just reboot going down the road, and finally be ready to replace rotors!!!! Completely unrealistic value for the money! The only few things good I have to say about it is that it had plenty of power, drove, and looked pretty. My advice, buy something else!!!

It has met all the criteria needs that I wanted. Definitely impressed with the condition it is in. It is like brand new, one owner vehicle.

Total cadillac experience I enjoy every time I push that start button it's like a different experience I've never had before I would urge anyone who's never driven cadillac xts to feel this high.
