Late Model Junk

2011 XTS: Very unreliable electronics throughout. Drive train underpowered. Terrible keyfob design kept opening my trunk whenever I bent over (wonderful during Christmas shopping 🤬). Dealer unable to improve things after numerous repair visits including once breaking again before I left the lot after a visit. Refused to declare it a lemon. Once owned a mid-80’s Fleetwood Coupe which was OK, but not stellar. No more Caddy’s for me.

Worst Purchase ever

Too many issues in short period, Cadillac does not stand behind failures. Tail lights, Suspension, Cue , glovebox, flashers, A/C power. Drove Cadillacs from 80- to 93 new every two years until they lost flair in 94. Went to Lincoln, till 2014 with xts worst car ever. Went back to Lincoln cant get rid of Cadillac no one wants it.

2013 Cadillac XTS Luxery AWD A 4500 Pound Lemon

It;s pretty. Suspension is horrible. Needed over $2000 in suspension work the first week I owned it. Developed severe noises and vibrations. All struts and shocked completely shot, front and rear.

This is my 6th Cadillac, I love it!

This car is the most technical car I’ve ever had. I’m learning and enjoying every mile! I’m excited to take my first long road trip in it.

Love the car and up to now been reliable.

Had other Cadillacs and always enjoyed the ride and comfort all were reliable and as I bought them used gave very good value for money. This XTS continues on and is very comfortable, the CUE control with radio, temp, and other accessories seems overly complicated and I‘d prefer a simpler system.

EXCELLENT luxury car.

The car is very comfortable yet it handles like a sport's car. The Caddy XTS has a lot of pep and is definitely low maintence, and it uses regular gas. It's an excellent luxury car!

Great Used car with positive value.

This is a great running and very comfortable car. The electronics can be a bit overwhelming. The style of this car is very contemporary and fit and finish I have found to be world class as a top rated luxury car.
