Best Truck

The body is nice. The only thing that I would like better is if the bed was longer and the brake lights were more rectangular like the older Silverados. The gas mileage is great for my weekly 200 miles commute in my crew cab.

2005 colorado

Don't really like the Traction control always have to turn it off so engine doesn't cut out when pulling onto highway other than that it has been a good truck to own

Used to have one...

I used to drive the Chevy Colorado and very much enjoyed the mix of big truck power and towing with the manuverability of the mid-sized trucks.

In love with a Colorado

We picked out a 2005 Colorado. It wasn't the right color, so our dealer went on the car locator and found my Cherry Colorado, never test drove it. Little white lie, I drove a Colorado just not the one I purchased. I drove the 5-cylinder automatic. (Bought the 4-cylinder manual shift.)Punched the gas leaving a green light and made an older gentleman turn to see what had left him in the dust and all the windows were down while I was jammin'. I made an ice cream run in the middle of the finance process. I didn't take delivery until the next day. The truck just rides well. Not rough and bouncy like my husbands Z71 Silverado. The 5 foot bed is big enough for taking the dogs to the vet or picking up groceries at the market. We live in FL. and have taken two vacations to Disney World very smooth and comfy trips. Thanks Chevy for a fun drive every day with 26 miles per gallon. Have turned many heads since buying my baby. Go out and see if a Colorado fits your lifestyle. It does mine.
