2017 Chevrolet Colorado consumer reviews

Have never owned a Chevy pickup. I've had Toyota's, Ford's, and Nissan's. So far the Colorado leaves them in the dust. The Colorado has sporty styling, can be used as a family vehicle and can be a tough work truck, especially with the duramax diesel engine. Great ride, quit diesel and great gas (diesel) mileage. Finally, an American truck that can compete with foreign competitors.

This truck has alot of room both in the front and rear seating. Good mileage and very smooth on the road. Love the color, cajan red. The navigation system is easy to use and dependable.

at 4400 miles had a issue of it not coming out of 4 wheel drive. the same issues has happened up until 27,000 miles. chevy now tells me it is the operator u have to turn to 2 wheel and wait for the light to go off before moving truck. the truck had transmission problems at 24,000 new tranny put in.

It rides great. The interior and exterior look very nice. The seats are a bit too stiff . It?s very quiet when driving. Over all it?s a great truck.

Very comfortable to drive but, built very cheap. The hood in average wind shakes and even buckled one point. The transmission shifts very hard and at the new higher expressway speeds of 75, a new truck shakes. Built cheap

I am so glad I got a Colorado. I love the handling, all the gauges and information on the dash and steering wheel, and the way it just looks all over.

Very nice and comfortable pickup compared to other sub-full size trucks currently on the market. Plenty of power with the 2.8 Duramax diesel motor, tows very well given the truck's size and generally gets good fuel mileage. However, although the interior has a nice layout and is easy to use, the build materials feel cheap and the plastics used throughout the vehicle are very easy to scratch with normal everyday use. Rear bench seats have zero adjustment and are not comfortable with minimal storage underneath. My truck sat for exactly one week in warm weather without use while I was out of town and required a jump start as it was completely dead which prompted a trip to a dealer to clear all the low voltage engine codes causing a check engine light to come on. The traction control is another annoyance as even with it turned "off", the computer will defuel the engine, reducing power which is not desired generally. All in all, the truck has been fairly reliable, but the high purchase price and cheap materials have created an unimpressive situation.

Love my new truck. Comfortable ride and driving. It is roomy inside and very happy I chose chevy Colorado and the Cajun red color. This will be a long term vehicle as I couldn't ask for a better truck for my needs

I cannot believe all of the features in this truck , the looks and the ride of it.Plenty of power from the V6 motor.The bose stereo is awesome ! Iwould recommend the Colorado ZR2 to any one wanting a midsize off road truck!

Meets our family's needs Runs like a top. The backup camera for safely backing truck up. The On star phone- can call if one's in an emergency.
