Great working with Don & Charles. Took time to answer all my questions about the Honda CR-Vs electronic features. Don even borrowed coworkers USB cable so I could try out the Appleplay system. Car was cleaned so well, my friends complimented how it looked like new.

AutoNation Ford Burleson review
I’m very happy with my experience at AutoNation Ford Burleson! I purchased a pre-owned Kia Sportage, and they gave me a really good deal on my trade-in. When an issue came up before I left the dealership, they took care of getting it repaired and provided a loaner while it was being worked on. I now have my car back, and everything is working perfectly! It was freshly washed and had a full tank of gas when I picked it up. Thank you to Michael and the team for taking care of me and making sure everything was right. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and the service I received!

Tori was the most amazing salesperson! She let us look with no pressure and when we decided to make a purchase she facilitated all the things necessary! She even delivered the car directly to me and picked up a cashiers check without making me travel back to the dealership! Awesome experience all around!

AutoNation Ford Orange ParkReviews
AutoNation Ford Orange Park review
Overall, I had a positive experience. The salesman, Mike and Gil were very easy to work with and never had any problem showing me the multiple trucks I wanted to see or test drive. KT, one of the managers was a pleasure to deal with. He had a ton of patience with me and was fun to work with. The process did take a while as I had moved to several different trucks, but honestly that is on me. The entire process in the end was really not to bad. The dealership is a no frills setup, which is fine, hopefully less money paid for the no frills, but the people I worked with were great. I would recommend stopping by if your looking for a new vehicle.

My wife and I just went in to look at a certain vehicle. We had no plans to purchase anything that day. We really liked the vehicle that we test drove and after a little “back and forth” a deal was worked out and we drove home in our new vehicle.

Waited on by Buck Byard who went the extra mile to answer all my questions and smooth over any bumps. I purchased a Highlander through his efforts and am very happy.
2017 Chevrolet Colorado review
I was looking for an economical pickup with towing capacity. The Chevy Colorado DuraMax Diesel fit my needs and White Bear Mitsubishi had the one I liked best at the price I could afford. I would have liked the upgraded seats but the standard chevy seats are very comfortable. We took a road trip Saturday after buying it and traveled in town and hwy averaging 29.8 MPG. I am going to love this truck.

I had a great experience at Wayne Akers Ford! From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. JP was fantastic to work with — knowledgeable, straightforward, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. There was no pressure, just honest communication and great customer service. I ended up purchasing a new Ford F-150, and I couldn’t be happier with both the truck and the deal. JP made sure the deal went through smooth and super quick. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend asking for JP at Wayne Akers Ford. Great experience all around!

Pat McGrath ChevylandReviews
Pat McGrath Chevyland review
McGrath?s is a family-run business, and they are very involved in the day-to-day operation. Pat, his daughters, and his son are what make this business what it is. They are #1 in the state of Iowa, and that means something when you have five or more other dealers within 50 miles. Then you have Chevyland, where Melissa Corken, Colin Peters, and Scott Roshar are a big part of what makes the service department what it is. They have built a great team and create an environment that customers notice. Then there is the Chevy Truck Shop, which, in my opinion, is the best service department in Iowa. The experience back there is just amazing. The staff and technicians are great, and when you walk in, you are greeted with a smile that is infectious. That kind of atmosphere and customer service is what makes people want to come back.

This Review all about Sharr Garza! She is the only person you want to deal with at this location. The patience and time she took explaining things to me was above and beyond appreciated. She communicated and even double checked my car and found things the collision shop missed and I wasn’t even upset about it because she was honest, upfront, and got everything ordered and fixed right away! She really makes it a point to make sure the customer is fully taken care of and satisfied with their service! As far as I’m concerned she should be the Manager of this location! Employees there could really learn a lot from the way she does things.

I initially checked to see if the SUV I found on cars.com was still available to look at. After sending the email, via cars.com, I got a text back within a few minutes saying the SUV was available and a salesperson would check with me to set up an appointment. I spoke with Jamie shortly thereafter and met with her at the dealership. The SUV was washed and ready for me to see and test drive. The rest of the purchase experience was fantastic!! For me, number one of the top three car buying experiences ever. I’m now retired and have bought a lot of cars. No high pressure, just great customer service. Keep up the great work Jamie and Bettenhausen!

Gary Rome Kia review
I have been to many dealerships in the past, throughout Connecticut. Enfield Kia dealership has taken on a uniquely different approach. A working together, a professional caring team behind the scenes. Justin Jackson, worked with exceptionally diligence, his, “NO pressure” quiet awareness of a personal situation helped this team to excellence..There were bumps, there are always bumps making a major purchase but J J ‘s experiences, understandings and knowledge, gently flattened that paper to sign, bringing me to Shawn. Under pressure having many consecutive sales that afternoon to get excited customer's into their new car. His efficiency and thoroughness as I left, had NOT one after thought of any questions. Shawn explained every detail of the process, as we moved from one signature to another, answering my questions and noted certain things for my better understanding. This team, We feel, was outstanding, secure and trustworthy. Wouldn’t purchase a car anywhere else now.. Thank you , Carol

The staff was very professional. Although, the battery was dead, they were able to get the door open.

Bob Rohrman Kia review
This was the best vehicle buying experience. I requested an out the door price before I arrived and they honored their price. I visited more than one Kia dealership that gave me an OTD worksheet then changed the amount on me once I had arrived. Everyone at Bob Rohrman Kia was friendly and I will definitely be a returning customer. I drove over an hour and a half one way and would gladly do it again.
