Bought this car used just over one year ago.

Bought this car used just over one year ago. I've put brakes all around, and a few oil changes. Car needs virtually no maintenance, even at 255,000 miles and going. Great value for me. Mpg, interior, and handling are nothing to write home about, but everything on the car works as it should. Highly recommend for a functional, reliable car. Maintenance is everything

Bad car

My 2007 Chevy Impala has been what I call a lemon. Constantly needs perts replaced. Transmission is a mess. My car has 130,000 approximate miles. I would never buy another Chevrolet. The exterior details are falling off. Gaskets around windows are in bad shape. Nickle and dime you as long as you own it.

Over 390 Thousand Miles And going

This vehicle 4.1 engine is still going strong with over 390 thousand miles on it. I do change the oil when it is time on it. And replace parts when issues arise. But even with 390 some thousand miles on it would be comfortable driving it across the united states right now. So you decide, is it worth it?

2007 Chevrolet Impala LS

I bought this car new in 2007. After a test drive it was obvious an outstanding vehicle. I’ve never in 14 years had any issues that required a mechanic. Oil changes, batteries, and tires have been my only expenses I’ve luckily had. Still runs and drives like new.

This has been and still is a reliable vehicle!

This Impala has been well maintained over the years and has lots of life left in it! Plenty of interior room too. The body is not perfect, by the interior is clean!

Owned '07 Impala LS for 12 Years

I think I got a great deal when I bought my '07 Impala LS 12 years ago! I drove it 52.000 miles longer than I normally would have because of its comfort & smooth drive plus a HUGE trunk that I rarely see in any vehicle anymore (I had to 'carry' a lot of items around)! For the most part, it was mechanically 'sound' but I also had it serviced regularly...never burned oil, powerful engine ran smooth & I usually only saw normal 'wear & tear'-type problems. If anything frustrated me, it was that the tire inflation gauges quit working, as did some kind of oil pressure gauge, when the car got older.

Very reliable car.

This car met all of my needs, aside from being big enough to pull our camper. We travel/camp too much for a car. Upgrading to a SUV.

07 Impala LS- owned since 2010

Me and my wife bought this car in 2010 with 40k on it as a one owner company lease vehicle. It is now almost 10 years later with 236k never had a head off or a strut. I also use this car to tow mine and a few friends motorcycles without a hitch. The trans started acting up around 70k with the "4T65E" gremlin that only took the heavier springs of a $50 shift kit to fix that problem. Need to get her a new vehicle but I will probably drive this till it finally gives up the sleeves or clutch pack. I have the base so the only thing I dont find comfortable is the seats but the layout and positioning of everything is pretty darn good. Performance good for what it is. It is a family base car, but it does still get 28- 31 mpg highway 22-26 mpg city.

First Car - 2007 Chevy Impala LS

I bought this car off of my parents, I'm the 3rd owner and last one -- I plan to keep it until it dies. I bought it for 2,000$ my parents reduced the price for me and it had 158k or so. Now it has 169k. I am a college student full time and work part time, so I drive a lot. The car is great on comfort. The style of the inside is really nice and looks like it could be 2020 car. The outside is just basic, it looks great and still shines but it just shows you that it is an older car because it has an older body style. I had it detailed and that got rid of some knick knacks on it so it looks even better for the body quality, body quality and appearance is amazing! It just looks old because... It's an old car! I have had many people be surprised at the mileage and how good it looks. Since owning it, I've just had to do a few repairs I knew I would have to do because my mom drove rough on the brakes. So the brakes I have replaced, one set of tires, tune up, changed out the antifreeze (forgot the proper name, but the old was taken out and new was put in), and of course a lot of oil changes and I've changed out the cabin air filter and intake filter. I try to keep the maintaince up on my car. It has a transmission oil leak, very light. Just recently I had all of my freeon leak out so in the summer I will run a test to see what's going on. The biggest issue besides the freeon is I have to replace something that pumped oil because it had a leak and am engine mount (probably due to a previous wreck on the engine mount). So far the car has just been fixing up a few things from my parents but overall the car has been great.
