ABSOLUTELY A GREAT RIDE

this car is roomy, the steering is extremely responsive, breaks will throw you through the windshield if not easy with them, a lot of get up and go with a powerful 350 v6 engine

About what you would expect

It's surprisingly spacious inside. Classified as a Large car by the EPA you don't realize it until you sit in a mid-size or compact car.

The transmission gave out with no warning

I used diagnostic computer nothing came up but sensors and I need control arms which I hear are in recall. I went on several sites to find a used transmission and every car that year and the years around it have blown transmission that’s why people selling parts. I can understand 1-2 people here and there but in my local area alone between here and in PA I’ve found 8!!! And not locally you hear it’s the issue to. I’ve tried Ebay let go marketplace on fb and even read about people in same position all over! Are they under recall? What is besides my ignition and control arms? I know car is older but it’s been taken car of mechanically I have all the papers. We had 1 year and was told 1 owner trade to car lot. It’s even still under 150000 miles! I love Chevy but this is embarrassing! My Monte ss drove over 300000 n still runs for guy I sold it too. It was falling apart externally. My sons Silverado 2010 was changed twice before he purchased and still issues! My daughters 2011 equinox is shifting a bit weird and no dipstick so HAVE to go dealership!

Intake mainfold gasket leaks and has to be replace

The inside is to small. You can not lay things on seats because it slids off. Inside is to small for husband and kids. Needs more leg room
