Great SUV

This car met all my needs. I love that it sits a family of 8 and i didn't have to go into a van. Everything about this SUV is easy to use and learn.

Error code on engine light on P0014

What will it cost to install camshaft sensor with a mechanic? What would a Chevy garage charge to fix. Auto Zone part price is 34 bucks!

Reliable and luxurious all-weather vehicle!

Great family car to take to the ski hill and look good doing it! Plenty of passing power. Tows trailer very well! Quite a head-turner!

Please stay away from this vehicle

When I first bought the car I was very happy with my purchase, fast forward a few years and I'm stuck with an unreliable expensive piece of furniture. It spends more time on my driveway than on the road. No mechanical issues, all electric which in my opinion are far worse because even if you bring it to a Chevy dealer/shop they will charge you an arm an a leg and tell you all sorts of different electrical issues and never get it fix. Again...buyer beware of this car....stay away and go for something maybe a bit more expensive but more reliable.

Overall a good vehicle, but has many issues.

This vehicle has pros, but many cons. The transmission kicks really bad especially when engaging after moving slow. It has a very large blind spot because of the columns of the windshield and the side mirrors. The view of pedestrians can be easily blocked at this point. For those maintaining this vehicle are in for a surprise. Changing the oil in this vehicle can be a real nightmare. When removing the oil plug oil will be all over the place unless you invent some kind of shield to prevent it. Putting the oil filter back is a royal pain. If you happen to get a flat tire and have to use your spare tire with a full cargo area you have no place to put the regular tire, since it does not fit where the spare is located. Replacing a headlamp is another nightmare. Obviously the engineers designing this vehicle did not take in consideration the maintenance. And the idea of having to place the tire in the cargo area is the most stupid concept I have seen in a car design in years. Also you may expect a better gas mileage than what you actually get on this vehicle. The best I ever had; highway, at 55 mpg, on cruise control without having to decelerate or accelerate was 23 (very good), but in city driving I have not been able to get but about 12 mpg. I used to get as good or better gas mileage on my old Suburban, with a V8 engine.

Wanted one for a long time

I have been researching this car for a couple of years, and it reminds me of my childhood days with the station wagon. I need the room for road trips and grandkids.
