Finally! A mini-van that doesn't need gas!

The hybrid option is life changing. We've had the van one month and used only one tank of gas in 1000 kilometres of use, city driving. What we miss: automatic trunk opener, which would have cost more and the price tag was already high to start, so nope. What we don't miss: the high price of gasoline. $80 gas plus $5 electricity for 1000 kilometres? Yes please! What we'd change: the price tag. It seems like the auto industry is compensating for what they will lose in auto maintenance by hiking the hybrid price. Still, with gas savings of up to $6000 per year, we're not complaining. What's improved: more interior and trunk space, a plus for our three teenage daughters and big dog.

Should come with more bells and whistles

After buying the mid level car, we regret it. We should have spent the little bit more for the better car. Most of the electronics are useless because they don?t come with the benefits that the higher end car comes with.

Love it

This is the first car I?ve lived in a long time. There?s nothing I would change about it except the price could be lower, but you get what you pay for and this car is definitely worth the price.

Hybrid van, finally!

I?ve been trying to go green for a while and finally Chrysler came out with the hybrid Pacifica, which fits my needs perfectly. It has style, class and great mileage. Love all the safety features, i.e. front and back sensors and cameras they give a 360 view. It handles beautifully and the rides very smooth. The seats are very comfortable.

Smooth, Quiet, Comfortable

This vehicle provides great transportation with better than expected gas mileage and has numerous safety and comfort features. The hybrid version delivers us up to 39 miles before the gas engine takes over.

WOW just WOW

I just trade my 2016 Ford Fusion Energi PHEV for this Chrysler Pacifica Limited PHEV Hybrid I went from a 7 cubic foot trunk to over a over 90 Cubic foot cargo area, from a 20 MPG on EV only, to 33 MPG in EV mode with a 566 mile range on EV and Hybrid combined so am I happy?, you bet I am and so far I have every option I had with my Fusion on this Pacifica, plus a tire warranty for 84 months, why hasn't any other car company thought of this? FCA is so ahead of the curve that you need to make a straight line to the nearest dealer, it is alone in its class you can not get a mini van or sedan with the space and mileage this Pacifica gives you, so it is for me 10 stars !

Love the 33-mile electric range

We've waited a long time for someone to make a plug-in hybrid minivan (or 3-row SUV). We didn't think it would be Chrysler that did it first! This is a great car. We bought it for the 33-mile electric range and in a month of driving have driven 80% of our miles without burning fuel. Original tank of gas is still above 1/4 tank at 1000 miles. To get that sort of "mileage", however, you must plug the vehicle in every time you return home so that it is always charged. The acceleration in electric mode is amazing. I've had to learn to have a lighter touch because a heavy foot will launch you like a rocket. We purchased the Limited trim with sunroof. We love all the safety features: adaptive cruise control, front and rear parking sensors with auto-braking, 360 degree backup camera, etc. We also love the heated and vented front seats, the remote start and the hands-free side and rear door opening. Park assist is fun. Cons: I find the adjustable lumbar support doesn't have a perfect position for me but my wife loves it. The lack of seat position memory settings is disappointing. The ride is firmer than I expected but the handling is excellent. The side mirrors are huge - so much so that we can't park this vehicle in our garage.

No gas on short trips??!? Awesome

I have a relatively short commute and since I have owned the car (granted it has only been for a bit) I haven't used any gas at all. The plug in electric (regular outlet in my garage) makes the gas mileage amazing - especially for a minivan. It is long on style too - love the interior and the comfort

The vehicle for the future in travelling.

It is a reliable van . The mileage for the electric phase meet or exceed the specification in the city. I am yet to drive in a highway situation, but I am planning to do so shortly. I lost the Stow N Go features of the other models.
