Best first car I could have gotten

It runs well and is reliable for getting from A to B. It also works well for getting my siblings different places as well.

Very nice performance and comfort

Overall this is not a bad car to own. I bought mine used and the previous owner did not treat it nicely so that might be my performance issues. The ride is very comfortable and as I have the R/T model is has great pick up and go.

Spark plug tube seal.

I really like the baby charger styling. Engine so quiet can't tell it's running. Excellent highway cruiser. Rides bigger then it is. Only problem dodge decided to leave a spark plug tube seal out at the factory. I'm the second owner I know valve cover has never been off. I repaired it today. Other then that very satisfied with vehicle.

A Treat to Drive

I've had my Avenger for 7 years and truly enjoyed driving it. It's suspension and quiet ride make it a great car for travel. I have driven it twice across the United States and it provided a lot of get up and go, as well as great handling on all types of weather, including snow. I would have kept it in the family, however my 4'9" daughter has trouble seeing over the steering wheel!

Fantastic Car

This has been the only vehicle I've owned that has actually made it to the end of a car loan. I had it up until a month ago when I sold it to my son when his truck became too expensive for him. Has over 105,000 miles & still running strong. I told him as long as he keeps up on the maintenance on it, it should last him for a good while. (I hope I haven't just jinxed him...lol)

Good car

I owned a 2008 Dodge Avenger R/T for 10 years and it never gave me any real major problems. It left me stranded once when the gear shifter broke, had to replace the window regulator on both the front and passenger side windows, and replaced the brakes twice. I see all this negativity about this car but mine lasted for 10 years and had 150,000 miles on it before it started giving me signs it was on its last leg, overall I got a pleasant 10 years out of this vehicle.

Fun to drive and very reliable

This car got me from place to place and I liked how it felt to drive it. It has so far been very reliable. I've had it for about 75000 miles and hope to have it until I make it until 100,000+.
