So far, it has been a reliable vehicle.

I owned a 2010 Chrysler van and so I was aware of what to expect. I was not let down as everything was what I need.

Love the Caravan

This is our third Caravan and we just bought it yesterday. While they don't have the best ratings and lack modern technology features these vans are great value. They hold a lot of cargo and hot bad on gas.

Car has been nothing but a money pitt.

In the last year I've had to replace the transmission to the tune of 3 grand. It has a reoccurring overheating problem that still exists. Had the thermostat housing replaced twice. Real xxx. Would not recommend to anyone.

The most value for the money

Very impressed with the quality of the Dodge Grand Caravan, it was reasonably priced and well equipped for our needs. Very comfortable to travel in especially with having two large dogs.

It meets my needs

This van is very practical and I’ve used it for both transporting people, transporting cargo, and for business use (using it as an escort vehicle.) My van has the Stow and Go seats, and they are practical for a single person. I’ve used it as a camper of sorts, with a cot in the back, after doing escort runs, and even with the cot, there’s enough room for a bicycle. I’ve also hauled at least a couple of 2 manual church organs in there, and everything fit in it (with the latest one, it wasn’t just the console, but a pedalboard, a bench, and 2 speakers, and all those things fit in there just fine.) I drive them for work too, transporting people, and I don’t have too many complaints about the vehicle. The only ones I can think of is that I wish the rearmost seat was the full width, and that all of the cigarette lighters functioned with the engine off (only one does, which is kind of annoying, especially if you’re trying to charge a phone, and trying to listen to the CB radio-for the trucker to tell you to come out and block traffic, when I was an oversize load escort driver, and yes, there are a lot of them being used in that capacity.) The Pacifica that I drive at work doesn’t have any that stay on when the engine’s off, so in that sense, the Caravan’s better.

Fraud

Car looked great when we purchased it. It had a reconstruct title which we thought was ok because we were told it was involved in an auto accident but everything was repaired. The title came back saying reconstruct/flood which we were unaware of. The gascap and malfunction indicator came on two days after we received the car. We have been calling and texting and no one has gotten back to us. Even stopped by and no one is there. The mechanic that they use will not look at the car because they are afraid of not getting paid.
