We love it

We absolutely love the new van! It has so much room and the kids are in love with the dvd package. I am amazed at how comfortable it is and how smooth it drives!

I love this car

Lots of space. I love the stow and go seats so I can have more cargo room when needed. Lots of great options like auto doors, heated seats and automatic start.

Easy wheelchair entrance & exit.

Being a rear entrance was such a blessing when transporting as many disabled parking spots are not wide enough for a side exit. Able to use any parking spot. Loved this vehicle to transport my husband up until his passing.

Very spacious and super sleek design!

This minivan is very spacious! We love the stow n'go option on both the 2nd and 3rd row seats. The dvd entertainment system is very accommodating for our little ones. And the navigation system eliminates using our cellphones for directions. The heated seats keeps us nice and toasty!

Very Good Car for the Most Part...HOWEVER...

Overall we like the car however TWO poor points...1. It has a backup camera but, no noise connected to the camera when approaching an object..a beep. 2. The remote start requires TWO horn honks when using it....a very very very stupid feature. The neighbors have complained to us ..and, we don't blame them. Should be a way to turn the xxxx horn off like there is on other Dodge vehicles...but, NOT the Grand Caravan....dumb.

Best Vehicle I've had

This has been a vehicle that I thought I would never own. But I am delighted that I do! It has all the comforts and then some. Reliable and great gas milage! Fully loaded with leather seats with heat and adjustable lumbar support and even a heated steering wheel! Very pleased with the vehicle. Looks great, drives and handles even better! Great for the entire family or just 1 or 2 people. Seats fold completely down flat where you have enough room to haul things in or even camp in the van.

I like it because if Its my wheelchair.

WHY ARE MY SIDE DOORS ALL OF A SUDDEN SPORADICALLY CLOSING ON ME & MY GRANDKIDS? IT HAS PINCHED ON ME WHILE LOADING MY WHEELCHAIR & WHILE MY SMALL GRANKIDS WHEN LOADING. IT IS AS IF.THERE IS NO CHILD SAFTY ON IT WHEN THIS HAPPENS. THIS HAS BECOME A DANGER TO MYSELF AS WELL AS MY KIDDOS. I KNOW FOR A FACT HAS BECOME A ISSUE WITH OTHERS AS WELL. WHEN IS THERE GOING TO BE A RECALL ON THIS? BEFORE SOMEONE GETS SERIOUSLY BURT? I AM ALSO HAVING OTHER ELECTRICAL ISSUES WITH PLUGS, CHARGERS, BLUETOOTH, DELETING & SAVING PH # TO SAY A FEW. THIS CAR IS TO YOUNG TO BE HAVING THESE ISSUES.

Great Budget Family Van

We purchased a brand new (30 miles) 2017 Grand Caravan (base model) in 2018 for $17k + TTL. Amazing deal! The interior design is perfect - simple and useful. Definitely not a fancy or luxurious van in any way. The infotainment isn't the best, but this is a budget family van. With the stow and go seat tubs, we can take a family of 6 on vacation without issue. Great power with the standard 3.6 V6, it is a sleeper with over 280hp! Our van also came with the blacked-out headlamps, grill, and rims which makes this boring van look good. The van came with Michelin tires with is a huge plus. The only real negative is that the van DID NOT come with a spare tire, which is a bad joke. Needed to take it to the dealer one time because the transmission wasn't shifting correctly. The dealer re-flashed the ECU and it is all fixed, 11K miles on it so far without any real issues. Average MPG is around 21-24. This is a good budget van. Change the oil and transmission fluid regularly and getting 250K wont be an issue.
