reliable suv

Brought 2013 dodge journey sxt model. Love it. I have the v6 engine and awd. With third row. The drive is very comfortable and it has lots of storage. The only thing i don't like its not captain seats. So if you have two carseats in 2nd row. Its hard to get to third row. But other than that its roomy also i like the separate heat for each row and lights for each row. I like the built in blue tooth as well. So there no distracting holding a phone.for the price its very good.

Atutomobile with many facets

Dodge Journey R/T, great handling, excellent performance, plenty of space and storage compartments. Good gas milage for the performance you get. Alpine sound system. Great all around vehicle.

GREAT VEHICLE

We are enjoying our New Dodge Journey and it is very economical. Would like to had a few more options like UConnect Phone Leather seats. But we are very satisfied with the Journey and the Price was excellent.

First new car I've owned. Very nice and affordable

My husband isn't too happy that its a 4 cylinder. But it was the most affordable SUV with a third row. I'm LOVING it so far. I've had it for a few weeks. My kids love it too. They love the storage compartments. I was a little overwhelmed at first with the touch screen. But it is easier than I thought. The seats are comfortable. There are times I can tell its just a 4 cylinder. But it doesn't bother me. That's not why I wanted this vehicle. It's pretty much exactly what I was looking for.

Great Purchase!

Our 2013 Journey is an SXT package with 3rd row seating (required for us) and 283 hp V6. I haven't had this much power since my '69 340 Cuda in High School - what a ride! The standard Big 4Cyl with 173 hp (4 spd auto trans, 19/26mpg) was ok, but little difference in fuel economy due to 6 spd auto trans, (17/25mpg) for the V6. We wanted the extra power for vacation travel and hauling around 7 passengers on occasion. The first new Chrysler/Dodge I've purchased since 1982. I Like the crossover SUV design with higher profile than the mini vans we've driven for the past 20 yrs. Nice body lines, good handling/stable at highway speeds, some concern over wearability of 'soft' vinyl on door interiors. Fold down 2nd and 3rd row seats will leave good storage for moving college students back and forth! 'Hidden' storage wells under 2nd row floor can double as coolers on trips - can't wait to use this summer vacation. Overall, a smart value purchase!

In general good for the price

I have a 2013 and so far no problem with it but I was kind of disapointed a little bit because of some basic features the car doesn't have. When driving sometime I don't feel secure because the car seems to swerves easily when driving fast. I bought it because I do triathlons and I needed a bigger car to put my bike in. Overall good SUV for the price.

AWESOME AND AMAZING CAR WITH A GREAT PRICE

THIS IS ONE AMAZING VEHICLE. I HAVE THE 2013 AND IT IS SO SAFETY ORIENTED THAT WHEN YOU ARE DRIVING SOME FEATURES ARE DISABLED SO YOU KEEP YOUR EYES ON THE ROAD. I HAVE A TEEN WHO LOVES DRIVING IT ALSO. THE CAR IS STYLISH AND HAS SO MANY NEAT FEATURES THAT YOU JUST WOULD HAVE TO SEE TO BELIEVE. THE CAR HANDLES LIKE A DREAM HAS PLENTY OF ROOM AND COMFORTABLE WITH PLENTY OF LEG ROOM FRONT AND BACK. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS CAR!!!!!!!!

Affordable!!!

I was driving a 94 Toyota that I paid a $1,000 for. After two years it was finally time to upgrade to something nicer and big enough for a family I plan to have in the near future. I went with the Journey because it was affordable! I looked at every make/model/year of all the different car brands. The closest in price I found was the 2013 Equinox! However, my sister in law had the Equinox and had nothing but issues!! I am very happy with my purchase... I have three complaints... the back seats when adding a car seat doesn't have much room. I wish the back window was as big as it appears from the outside and I am sick of people thinking its a van !!!!

Worst thing on wheels

Do not buy the Doge Journey 2013. This is the worst thing on wheels. The design is not very well thought out. It is very small and controls are placed in odd places. This includes everything from the radio controls to the latch to open the rear hatch.
