Ford EcoSport Titanium

Very comfortable to drive. Stylish design. I love the high tech controls on the dash for the sound system, navigation, phone and apps! The only thing I don't like is the tailgate doesn't unlock with the key or I'm not doing it right. It's been difficult to get it unlocked. I've put 200 or so miles on it in 2 weeks. That tells you how much I drive now tho.

Check engine light problem

My tags expire in one day. My check engine light has been on since my first oil change which was performed at the dealership. I cant pass marta to renew my tags because my check engine light is on. I took off work went to ford was told they were ordering new sensor. Ford replaced sensor and check engine light went off for one day. So I was told it had to be driven to recycle so I could pass marta. So NOW the check engine light is on again in my brand new car and I have to drive on expired tags. Im not happy.

Great Value

The Ecosport meets all of my current needs. I like the fact that I now sit higher as it is an SUV and interior and the standard features exceeded my expectations.

Great Value for the $$

Bought as a second car. Lacks a lot of room but we wanted a smaller car with better mileage. So it was a compromise and a good one. We bought from Pat Armstrong Ford in East Wenatchee and cant say enough good about the company and its staff. Especially Paul and Kristi

A great little SUV.

Just bought mine and I love it. It is just the right size for me, and the gas mileage is great. Happy with my purchase.

love the Ford Ecosport

Wanted a small SUV, and the Ford Ecosport is fully loaded and easy to drive. Only need to have remote start and the car will be ready for the winter.

Glitchy electronics

I have owned the 2018 EcoSport for about 2 months so it's hard to rate the reliability overall. I do not like the radio or blue tooth functions though. Half the time my phone calls don't work and the radio is complicated. Sometimes the power button doesn't work and it will randomly switch from Sirius/XM to FM or AM. You have to disengage the auto start/stop every time you start the car. Ford seems to think complicated equals high tech, not the case, just a pain in the ... Brakes squeal, creaks coming from the back seat, and fuel economy not so good, I average about 23mpg but I do 75% highway driving which is not impressive coming from a tiny engine in a tiny vehicle. Ford builds this thing in third world countries (and it shows) so it should cost thousands less than it does. The ride is ok and the interior and exterior are more attractive than most of the competition. The thing I like best about my SE model is that it has a sunroof, 2.0 liter engine (it can tow 2,000 pounds), and 4 wheel drive. I will say that the EcoSport looks more like an SUV than most of the other "cutesy" hatchbacks claiming to be an SUV.

Small worker.

Versatility in a smaller size was what I was looking for and the EcoSport fills the bill for me. I have the SES trim and I wouldn't suggest anything less. With all wheel drive and the larger engine, it gets around pretty well. One of the selling points was the 2000 lb towing capacity. With a light trailer, the EcoSport will suffice for any light but oversized loads. This is what put me off the Encore or CX3. The EcoSport also has a bit more ground clearance as well as sitting a little higher inside. Easier to get in and out. Yes it's not that good on milage... watching revs helps. As stated in some Pro reviews, adaptive cruise would be a good addition but I'm old school... Paying attention works almost as well. All in all, for me, it's fun, comfortable and can do a little work.

Such a great little CUV..

We bought an EcoSport from Mac Haik dealership in Leander, Texas last year because the Nissan was too close to the ground for towing. Something was always tearing off getting on and off the dolly. With a one liter, German-engineered engine, the power was amazing. We even passed traffic in the left lane. It had everything from moonroof, wonderful gps screen, keyless start, very economical on gas. It is the smaller version of the Escape and has a smaller back seat leg room and trunk with a cover. We wouldn't have traded if we didn't need a truck to tow an Airstream. I'm sure the new owners will be blissful.. Thanks again, Ford for making our lives so wonderful..
