Love my new Edge!

I bought an Edge SEL+ this month and I love it! It was easy to adapt to, I feel safe in it and we've already had neighbors coming over to check it out! The vista roof is great.

Finally switched to USA-Way To GO FORD!

I have been waiting for Ford or Chevy to come out with something stylish like the Import Suv's and they have finally done it. I have driven Montero Sport, Toyota Highlander and finally was able to buy American without the "Boring look of American". Ford has hit the nail on the HEAD! FINALLY! Very nice heavy feel CUV...SUPER stylish on the outside and the moonroof is a totally AWESOME BAMR!!! (bad a--moon roof!) I am totally impressed and totally happy with my purchase! Creme color is so unique and with the camel leather and moon roof, I just can't say enough. The inside looks and feels MUCH bigger than it looks on the outside...Much wider and NICER on the inside than my Toyota Highlander. MUCH nicer vehicle. GET ONE! YOU WON'T BE SORRY!

Awesome CUV, I love it!

I just bought my Ford Edge SEL yesterday and have spent the past 24 hours driving it around. I went from a Pontiac Solstice convertible to the Edge because I needed a practical vehicle since I bought a house. I didn't want a truck or a full-blown SUV and the Edge gives you the best of both worlds. The ride is smooth and quiet, the engine provides enough pep to get you on the highway quickly and the interior is incredibly spacious. I wish I'd had the extra cash for the moonroof and nav system. Those are the only two things I would really like to have added but they're way too expensive. Otherwise, it's an outstanding vehicle.

I Love my ford Edge!!!

Just test drove it and went home with it. I love it! It is so smooth and quiet. Just owned an escape before this and it is much better. I love the built in Satellite radio and mp3 that came with it. Wish I could've had the vista roof, but didn't have one with it. Does not have all the bells and whistles my escape had, but I love it a lot more! Just hope I can back out of my garage without hitting anything... If only it had a 3rd row seat it would be perfect.

Edge in the Mountains

We just finished driving our new Edge on a 1300 mile road trip through the north Ga mountains. Mileage averaged 22.6 mpg. The Edge handled very well through the twists and turns, with plenty of power to climb the steepest of grades. My wife and I are both tall, so comfort, esp. leg room is very important and the Edge provided plenty. With the rear seats folded down we had plenty of room for all our luggage plus purchases made along the way. The optional vista roof allowed us some great views and made the trip even more enjoyable. My only regret is that we did not opt for the navigation system which would have saved us a few u-turns. Overall, Ford has done its homework, and produced, not only a headturner but a vehicle with real substance as well.

Great Auto for the money

Beats out any other suv that ford offers. The Ride and handling are quite a lot better than I expected. Exterior and interior styling are great. Plenty of room in the back seat with ample cargo area. The Panoramic roof is incredible, almost convertible like(almost).

I Love It

I just bought a Ford Edge SEL with the moon roof. We absolutely love it. The moon roof is huge, and it drives smooth. It handles more like a car than a ruff SUV. I think it looks better than any crossover on the market. It will not disappoint. We love Ford, and this one is a keeper.

Just bought it and love it!

I went from an Eclipse GT convertible to the Edge. Best choice ever! It handles great in the snow and is very comfortable. There is a ton of room the back it makes that grocery store trip extremely easy!

Best new car in ages.

I had shopped pretty much everything in this class, It won on towing capacity, looks and quicks. The only negative I have is the motor noise is a bit high when it is flogged from a stop. The ride and handling is outstanding, I may need to get used to the noise at the start for how quiet the cruise is. I like the big glass roof and features on my SEL plus, but the added cost from base is a bit to much.

Finally a CUV with some Edge!

Ford has correctly named this vehicle a CUV. While the ride comfort is pretty good, and the engine is nimble enough, it really does not have the feel of driving an SUV. Engine performance is adequate but a bit noisy ( just like new Hyundai Santa Fe), and does not really feel like 3.5 Lit performance for a relatively small SUV. The ride comfort is very good, beautifully designed inside and out, and fully and nicely equipped. Ford did a nice job with this. I just heard that it rated very well on crash testing too. The only draw backs: rear view is quite limited, and the vehicle is priced too high for a car-based cross over. Reliability is yet to be seen.
