2014 Ford Escape consumer reviews

I bought it with 7 miles on it ...took a trip the first week ...transmission banged into 6 th gear so hard i thought it wouldn't make it home...ford keeps saying nothing wrong ...i should buy a extended warranty... I say its under warranty..fix it.... This has been going on almost 3 yrs. Still bangs in 6th ...hesitates into 3rd .....just turned 50000mi..they just keep saying its ok....yes i know..they will find the problem at 60001 mi. When warranty is off. Wouldn't recommend to my worse enemies and. I've been driving fords over 50 yrs . and was a mechanic all my life ...no more ford 4me

This SUV has all the needs I was looking for! It has the perfect amount of room, the windows are very large to see out of (more than other SUV's I test drove), very comfortable to your shape and body, and it is up to date. The drive is so smooth and easy to maneuver. I was so shocked by how well I adapted to knowing my limits right away from my old car of five years - my 2002 Saturn. I am so extremely happy with my choice of my Ford Escape, "Pearl"!

I love my car, it was a great investment. The car is just big enough to store everything, and it is safe. It also gets good gas mileage.

After seeing and driving the Escape, it was much better than I expected and I had good expectations. The comfort, tech and performance were very good.

This car met my standards with technology and safety features. Also my wants panoramic MOONROOF. The kids love Bluetooth xm radio.

I bought this car new......going from an F150 to this. I wasn't sure if I would be satisfied but, three years later and I am very satisfied with the car. I has plenty of " get up and go" on the highway. And on long trips I get 28-30 MPG.

Couldn't get out of my own way, never mind trying to get on hi-way, very little to no power while accelerating 2.0 turbo engine needs to be changed

This car has everything i need to get myself and my dog around. Lots of room and great features. I absolutely love it. I upgraded from a 2011 chevy cruze, much more space and features in my escape

Great ride - very comfortable and accommodating. Handles well in city and highway traffic. Extremely pleased and satisfied with our Escape.
