2014 Ford Escape consumer reviews

All I can say is I love my Ford Escape and it’s only been 3 days. It’s perfect! I would recommend this vehicle for safety purposes!

This car is very reliable so far. The ride and quietness is great. Terrific styling and performance. Sound system is the best ever. Very few nicks or small scratches especially for the number of miles on it.

This has been the worse of any ford product that I have ever had and I have had several fords! This is my last ford product! Poor comfort in both front and rear seating. Worse blind spots for the driver. The poorest performing vehicle on mountain roads and little or no cargo room or foot room with front passengers. No power and take off for engine size goats move faster! Transmission in this car is a joke; downshifts when it shouldn’t be. Engine roars when going down hills!

I live the interior and the heated seat and back up camera. Haven’t tried the parallel park assist yet . Very comfortable ride. Sound system is pretty good

HAD RECALL WITH THE PROBLEMS BUT MY VIN WAS NOT IN THE RECALLS I WAS A FORD MAN BUT NOT NOW I HAVE 2 F150 2010/2001 THIS FORD ESCAPE LEFT A BAD TASTE I MY MOUTH NEED A NEW TRUCK IT WILL NOT BE A FORD

Worst experience ever, paid a lot of $$ for unreliable Vehicle, transmission blew, even went thru automatic car wash & Ford decals fell off- this was such a disappointment, try calling head office or upper management regarding concerns, no reply, they don’t back there product once they take your money!!!

This car ha s a bad motor about 100,000 Motor is no good I've talk to others and they have had to replace the motor which cost $8,000.00

First and foremost it is the easiest to get in and out of as my wife and I have aged. Second the cargo area has met every need that we have had with no problem. Third I really enjoy SiriusXM for the music without commercials. All in all this has been an A1 vehicle.

the car is crap the battery is a little over a year old and now I need a jump everyday took it to the ford dealership and they said the battery is good the alternator is good but yet a day later I need a jump again everyday so no I will never buy another piece of **** ford again

The car has given us great performance. It was driven mostly to and from work and in the local area with an occasional trip out if town. All maintenance done as scheduled and tired were change within last 2 years
