The car is too narrow not enough cargo space back seats are for children only the 4-cylinder turbo they rename the EcoBoost not letting you know that it's Turbo which wears out the 4-cylinder motor faster the 2.0

New to us but really like it a lot

The car was the right choice for us. We have leg room and enjoy the style and color. Handles well, ease of getting in and out.

Perfect car for a retired downsized life style.

This car was perfect, all wheel drive in a place where there is snow in winter! Plenty of room for my school teacher wife and her retired husband! Good fuel economy on trips means we couldn't ask for a better car!

I will NEVER purchase a Ford vehicle, again.

67K miles - had to replace engine & radiator. Car has been in shop for 3 weeks. Transmission light also came on and waiting to hear about what's up with that. A week before all this happened, I had in for regular maintenance. Ha! NEVER AGAIN!

Comfortable long distance traveler

This has been a stellar performer. Love the 2.0L Ecoboost engine. No mechanical problems in over 6 years of ownership. Most comfortable car I have ever taken on a long distance trip.

Don't buy a Ford...

I purchased a 2014 Ford Escape SE Ecoboost. The car started overheating and was leaking coolant. A Ford dealership said the car needed a new engine at a cost of over $9,000....it had less than 15,000 miles...the vehicle sat in a protected garage and was used primarily on the weekends for town trips. To have to replace an engine with less than 15,000 miles is ridiculous...clearly the engine was defective. But neither Ford nor the dealership would do anything to help and wouldn't negotiate any kind of financial assistance. Ford hides behind their warranties and policies instead standing behind their products...and there's no customer service escalation. Don't ever buy a Ford because dealing with the company is impossible...they don't care to stand behind their products and they don't care to try to keep or help customers. Look to another manufacturer altogether for your car.

Great Experience

Had a really good experience with Dan M. One of the most intelligent sales people I met in my life. Very knowledgeable of his position. I'd recommend him to any new customer!
