My first SUV type vehicle

We wanted a vehicle that would serve us well for awhile. I drive over a mountain everyday, so I wanted a 4x4 or AWD. I have not had significant amount of snow yet, but so far so good. We also wanted a vehicle that could support our future needs if we have kids, but not break the bank with gas. I thought it might do a little better on mpg, but it could definitely be worse. Overall we are pleased with the purchase!

Excellent choice for a first time crossover buyer

I'm learning all the perks of the car. I mainly bought it for the size of the interior cabin and the ease of getting in and out of the car. I was surprised by the back up camera, heated seats, blind spot detector, and the other extras.

Great smaller SUV

This car has everything I was looking for. The radio and navigation is easy to use, the panoramic moon roof is gorgeous, and the heated seats are a MUST.

Would not reccomend. Worse vehicle ever!!!

Owned a Ford escape for 5 years 147,000 miles. PD it off and 4 months later the transmission went out. Traded it in for a new one. 2018 no miles. At 653 miles and 2 weeks later , it got towed because the brake system malfunctioned... ABS froze up and the it kept saying the parking brake was failing. Will never own a Ford again.

Ford makes a very reliable product.

This is my second escape and have been pleased with both. The fit and finish is excellent and problems have been none. Ford should get more credit for the products it makes. The workmanship and quality is second to none.

Horrible experience!

Bought it new. electronic problems from week one. In garage more than I drove it for three months. Filed for lemon law and won. Ford bought it back! Would NOT buy another Ford escape. Better SUV's for the money out there.

Technology Is a Great Thing

I only have about 400 miles on my new Escape but I love the changes in technology since my old Ford 2010. I even like the safety features - which by the way are totally customizable. It has taken a little getting used to but you can quickly adjust. I especially like the Hawk Ford group in St. Charles, they have done me right over the past decade.

New Owner and Love the Car!

Love this car! Just under a month old and for the price, you can't go wrong. The leather is great, heated seats are amazing! Panoramic sun roof! Feels sturdy, too. My whole family chooses this car to take when we go out!
