I love everything about this vehicle!

This is the second Escape I have owned. I feel very safe and comfy driving it. It is easy to get in and out of and I love all the features.

Nice looking SUV

We bought a 2019 Ford Escape after we lost our trust in Subaru due to engine problems. It rides comfortably, has great visibility, and a good warranty.

I love escapes , my second one!

This is my second Ford escape. My first one was a 2015 titanium. My now is the SEL. It has so many safety features and it has more than my titanium did… I love the ACC The lane adjust, the Blindspot warnings, and everything. It’s really fun to drive I love the way they look I always have. I love sync 3. Only issue and complaint is my car has about 16,000 miles on it and a purge valve in the engine blue which made the light come on I took it to the dealership the next day and it was fixed with no problem… Thank God it was under warranty otherwise it would’ve been $700 job. I thought that it was weird that any car had a service engine light come on. Other than that one little issue that was resolved I love my escape.

Nice looking car, very roomy inside

So far I've enjoyed the Ford Escape 2019. I had a Ford 4 door sedan for 14 years so I wanted something roomy when I had to replace it. The interior of the Escape is roomy, lots of bells and whistles. The remote start and automatic tail lift gate are a must for me. It has been a challenge getting used to the 'ride' as it is not as smooth as a sedan. I'd suggest to Ford to upgrade the suspension to make it ride smoother, add an auxiliary jack to the interior (this model only has a few USB ports) and offer the option of a CD player for those who would like that. Currently, if you want to play CD's in a new vehicle, you have to use portable machines that plug in. I don't like the appearance of wires hanging out from every plug in the dash as it mars the lovely appearance of the interior.

Not my best Ford experience

I currently own three Fords and have been a lifelong customer. I’m very disappointed with my experience this time. I haven’t even had the car two weeks and I’ve been to the dealer twice. I couldn’t sync the FordPass app to the car and tech support couldn’t help so I had to take time to go into the dealership where it was easily fixed. I then had to return for low tire pressure. Adding air didn’t work. No punctures. Just tire not sealed properly. Three hours of my time and $22 wasted. I’m also appalled at the misrepresented mpg. I’m currently getting about 17 mpg—not even close to the 23-28 advertised. As I said, not my best experience.

Lovely to own fuel efficient

Met all our needs. NIce leg room, heated seats. Bluetooth rear camera who could ask for more. It rides smoothly, plenty of power. Great vehicle for us.

Vehicle seems to be reliable, quite stable.

This vehicle is good in town and on the highway. It could use a little additional horsepower for its weight. The safety devices are great.

Great size

I have driven an edge for years. I loved them. I bought three different edges over the past ten years, just changing up the color. I was looking for something a little smaller with the same reliability, safety features and comfort and am totally pleased with my selection

Great Car for Everything

Love this car. It has all the features that I could ever find a use for! 4WD is great and added features help get better gas mileage. Lots of room overall (legroom, space for long car rides with friends, and in the back for hauling stuff). Very pleased with how smooth it rides and the responsive driving controls.
