Used to drive only Mercedes - going with Ford now

Switched to Ford from Mercedes since we are tired of the expensive and inconsistent service departments at Mercedes. Trying out Ford due to convenience of service locations and price of vehicles. Got a new Explorer for 10K less than a used Mercedes ML. Yes - there are a lot of differences but as we get older we would rather enjoy our money then give it to Mercedes for the expensive repairs their cars need. So far the Explorer is a good ride and has all the bells and whistles. Let's see how it holds up.

Great vehicle

Car is very tech savy. Plenty of leg room. I own the sport, leather is nice, Sync 3 system is great!

2017 Explorer Limited 4 cyl

This is my second Explorer Limited only had the 2017 a few days . . Excellent to drive, handles extremely well, very smooth ride. Very comfortable seating ... 3rd roll a little tight but Grandkids only sit in 3rd row. Road noise has been improved. 2017 touch screen changes seem improved & easy to use but still learning them. I got the new Turbo 4 cyl . . . Previously had 6 cyl. Which returned great MPG for me 20-22 all around & 24-26 Hwy . . 4 cyl acceleration is quick and quiet, so far hardly any noticeable difference . . We'll see how MPG goes. Very happy with purchase so far.

I'm in love!

I love everything about this 2017 Explorer Sport! The exterior is sleek and sexy and the interior is gorgeous. The cabin is huge! I love how incredibly smooth of a ride it is for a larger SUV. It handles great. This is the first Ford I've owned and I'm hooked! Not one complaint, I just want to get in and drive!

Great SUV

Just purchased a 2017 Explorer Sport edition. Great value, awesome HP, and tons of room and features. Luxuary interior similar to BMW SUV, but at 2/3 cost. Owned Ford Escape Hybrid for 9+ years and love the reliability - hoping this one is built to last like my Escape.

Oh the places that I go!

The Ford Explorer XLT is the definition of roadtrip comfort. With its sleek design I can zoom through Chicago traffic with ease and burn rubber down the open highways. With the large touch screen display I am never left with out entertainment and I parallel park with out second guessing my self. With three rows I can haul as many as 7 people or stow away the seats to pack the car to the fullest. My favorite feature of this gentle beast is the sun and moon roof combination, now i can grab a sun tan on the go!

So far so good. Sharp looking. Has all the options necessary for what my needs are daily. The interior is sharp and I really like the overall truck.
