Blue Jean love

Absolutely love my explorer! Best vehicle owned today. Handles nicely, rides comfortably and is able to accommodates my large family with the third row seating! The back up camera has saved me in tight spots too.

Very good looking SUV

Very comfortable ride. Handles great. Can't wait to see how it's going to perform in snow. It has many of the features as my Lincoln MKZ has.The dashboard is very colorful and easy to use.

First new vehicle I've ever bought and I'm 55!

Have been looking at the Explorer for quite a while and finally purchased one. Second best decision I've ever made next to marrying my husband.

Comfort, reliability and style

This car exceeded all of our expectations, from the inside out. The seating is beyond comfortable, the leg and headroom are exceptional. My husband is 6'4" and has ridden in the back seat with plenty of leg room. The cabin is well appointed and the finishes are beautiful.

Great vehicle

After looking at mini vans and compairing them to the Explorer. The Ford Explorer had more to offer than any mini van and was more comfertable to drive. All in all my wife and i are extreamly happy with the Explorer and wold highly recomend it to anyone.

TOO SWEET

This will be the third Ford Explorer that I have own and I have loved all of them but this 2017 Platinum model is simply the BEST! From the heated steering wheel when it's chilly outside, to the automatic LED headlights when riding on a dark windy road, to receiving a 15 minute message while stuck in traffic, to deciding the level and intensity of the safety features, to the creme de la creme...hearing the unadulterated power of the Eco Boost that responses effortlessly...I can simply sum it up by saying FLAWLESS! Oh yeah...this SUV is toooo sweet! I can afford the German maker vehicles but hands down Ford has match those vehicles BARE NONE and at a much cheaper sticker, fuel, and maintenance price! Quality is the name of this game and this Ford Explorer will not disappoint!

Stumbling out of the gate.

Once determined the Ford F-150 would not fit in my garage, I turned to the Explorer to have that "higher up" big car feel. The car is loaded with technology which may be a bad thing. Within 2 days of purchase the cars touchscreen was acting up and jumping all over the place. Two visits to the dealership to fix, the touchscreen was replaced and knock on wood no issues since. This experience is like having a horse stumble out of the gate during the Kentucky derby..... Will it recover? Time will tell. The car has good acceleration and many safety features. Inside is comfortable with plenty of room for family or as I did, put the third row down and place a cargo liner in it to mimic a small pickup. Time will tell if this car will last my normal 12-14 years that I keep them. After that stumble out of the gate, the car right now is graded a "B"

Great Car

This Explorer rides great and the handles great also. The first 800 miles was on the winding hills of S. Indiana. The vehicle preformed very well. The steering is noticeably easy especially at low speeds. Used to be a GM man until I lost money on the Government buyout of General Motors. This car helps that change. Had one minor problem with the moon roof that was fixed under warranty. Could always be less expensive....
