Truck is smooth, I have an Fx4 so I love the 4x4 option. Obviously will eventually move onto a 6.7 in a couple years but will still keep truck as a daily driver based on reliability, relatively decent mpg for a truck and low maintenance cost

2007 F-150 was a good truck. The 5.4 motor has issues and can be fixed with basic maintenance and care. New spark plug and coil packs are a must! Rust on all of them with sunroofs. Design flaw by ford. Good truck otherwise.

I had a 2007 F-150 XLT 4X4 for a few years and I was the second owner of the truck. I bought the truck at 105,000 miles and had a lot of fun in it for the few years I owned it. The truck is very reliable as it was at 175,000 miles when I got rid of it and it was still running as strong as ever. The 4x4 worked great in the Illinois winters. The truck held up great when I was in an accident. It was as though, I was in a tank. The truck was averagely equipped with the typical Ford radio with a single disk CD player and an Aux port. The truck had 4x4 and an extended cab. Decent amount of room in the cab, and a comfortable ride. I'd highly recommend the truck to anyone due to how safe it is and how reliable of a vehicle it is!

Bought this truck brand new in 2007. Very reliable, have had no issues other than a minor leak. Been a very good vehicle.

Great truck and reliable. Gets the job done and great for towing. I would recommend the ford f150 has always been one of the best trucks on the market.

Use it back and forth to work and towing things. F150 8 cylinder 5 4 L . Cloth seats. Need an air compressor. Drives good. Teenager dream truck. Red ! Sharp vehicle.
