Absolute lemon!

Complete lemon, I am barely at 60,000 km and have had so many issues. Had to have the tow package redone twice as electrical issues, 3 recalls, tail gate won’t open ( had groceries go bad as I couldn’t get them out), USB ports have never worked. Apparently all these things that are going wrong will not be covered in another 500 km!!! WTH... do not buy ford, save yourself the headache and bank account being drained.

The Jury Is Still Out

3 weeks ago, I bought a 2017 Ford F-150 XLT 3.5 TT 302A/Chrome package, has all the bells and whistles...absolutely beautiful truck. Being a certiefied pre-owned Ford, I was willing to pay the 36K...as I received a more then fair price for my Honda Pilot trade in. I gotta say, I really wanna like this truck. I'm 6'3", It's far and away the most comfortable vehicle I've ever driven. It's wicked powerful...0-60 mph in 6.1 seconds. With all that being said. I've had 2 issues already with the truck. With in 48 hours of taking it home, the starter xxxx the bed. Had to have it towed and starter replaced. Okay parts break, they can be replaced. They played for it. Just today, I returned it to the dealer and got a loaner. Heard a rattling noise when I started it. Upon further investigation via internet, it could be the cam phasers or tensioners. Either way, I don't need my timing chain loosening up and rattling every morning I start it. Like I said, I wanna like this truck but the jury is still out. I'm optimistic and hopeful the dealer will make it right. So much for Certified Ford F-150's passing a 172 checklist and being the "cream of the crop" Evidently starters weren't part of that "172" check list. We'll see what they say when thay call back Monday morning with a diagnosis?

Good Truck. Hope it laslt longer than my Chev

Bought this truck because I'm formerly a Chev man and had two terrible Siverados back to back. I love the look and feel of this truck. The room inside the cab was another great selling feature. There's tons of room up front and in the back compared to the Chevrolet's. I have the FX4 sport package and the interior layout is perfect in my opinion. I went with the 5 litre, 3.75 ratio gearing for towing and it's perfect for my needs. At 40,000km I'm %100 satisfied other than a few minor issues resolved under warranty. Only time will if my opinion remains the same. I take care of my vehicles so it should be reliable for years to come. If it becomes problematic i'll switch brands again.

Dream Truck

Bought this truck for our 19 year old son. It is literally his dream truck and has everything he’s ever wanted in a truck. He is still on cloud 9 and can’t believe it’s his. It was in excellent condition. He will be enjoying this truck for a long time!

Good truck

I'm a construction manager, so , I drive a lot of miles, mix of highway and off road. F150 road more comfortably than the competition to me, although the rear end is very stiff when empty. I like the Sync 3 and general layout of the models with the center console, the family appreciates the ac vent to the rear. I think the interior seems very cheaply made, hope it will hold up. Not sure why they make the front end of these trucks so low to the ground, really becomes an issue off road. Considering some after market modifications, but, not a "lift kit" kind of guy.

It is a good pickup. It is the best I have owned.

It has several good features. I like the 4A, space in the back seat, comfortableness and handling. I have not had a crew cab truck before and I am trying it out.

A very powerful 1/2 ton truck...the Ford F150!!

I purchased the 2017 Ford F150, FX4, crew cab, 3.5 liter twin turbo engine , 10 speed transmission, and max tow features for its excellent towing capacity. I wanted to drive this truck daily, and have it fit in my garage. And...as I often tow 10,000 lbs., and sometimes that is up and down steep grades, it needed to have the ability to pull that load without undue effort. I am glad I purchased this truck over the F250 for it is more maneuverable, will fit in my garage, does all that I wanted/needed when I purchased the vehicle, and was a bargain in price compared to a similarly equipped F250.
