Truck meets all our needs and runs well. We traded in a regular cab and it's good to have a crew cab. There were a few things we had to look up in the manual.

I like the pickup, but right from the start I got some issues with the hill decent control, I been 5 time in 5000km for the same problem! They solve the issue by replacing the wire harness after waiting 4 weeks for the parts. The 2.7 ecoboost is very good on fuel for the size of that vehicle. Overall that truck is still good so far....MTF....

Bought the truck as a certified pre-owned. The truck is great. The 5.0 pulls hard and I put a dual exhaust on it so she really growls now. The 10 speed trans takes some getting used to. Changes gears a lot but I really have no complaints.

At this point I’m not sure I’d buy another make or model. My company has dozens of trucks and Ford has always been the most reliable.

This is the best truck to buy if you are looking to get a nice stylish 4x4 with some comfort. This truck has the 8inch touch screen sync 3 that ford has with apple car play and android auto. The seats are comphy and the rubber floor is amazing for easy cleaning! I have had this truck for over a month now and I daily drive it. The 10 speed trans shifts like butter and is amazing on the highway. I took the truck on a 3 hr road trip and I couldn’t be more happy. It cab is super quiet and the sound system is really awesome for the XL base truck. It floats going down the road and the turbos help this truck scoot ! If you are looking to get into a truck that you don’t need to tow (if you need a towing rig get the 7.3 f250 or the new power stroke ) a bunch of weight or just wanna go to Lowe’s on the weekend. This is the truck for you!
