Regret buying
Very unhappy with this car. Besides the recalls I've had to deal with. The interior is cheap & falling apart. The front axle broke while I was driving my son to school.

8 year owner
I have owned my 2011 Ford fiesta for 8 years and 115,000 miles now. I have had 2 total repairs under warranty for this vehicle. Throttle body and lumbar for driver's seat. Overall this car has been very reliable, Fun to drive (tight steering and planted ride) and extremely fuel efficient. Still on original clutch and brakes, I own the manual 5 speed with a modified air intake so it's peppy but no racecar. Over great experience and planning on keeping it for another 100k after new clutch and timing belt.

Highly dependable car, low maintenance.
Great commuter car, easy on the wallet. Bought new, currently 205,000+ miles. Mobile 1 oil till this day. Engine still runs like it was new. Normal maintenance, tires, brakes, struts. New radiator fan, and interior fan 2019. Clutch discs slip a little on hot days after recall was completed by ford for input seal leaking. Would have paid the extra $500 for new clutch install while they had it apart if they would have told me the discs were contaminated... Thanks Dalh Ford. Overall this vehical is great for a young driver under 6' tall. I'm 6'3" 270 so it has room for me on short commutes. No long road trips for me.

Great gas mileage, with solid body.
Great car for a first car, or a gas saver for out of town employment. Safe and easy on the eyes as well. Would let my kid buy it.

possibly the best vehicle purchase i've ever made
I use this car as my daily runner. I've had it for 8 years, and have 130,000+ miles on it. It is the base model, no options, it even has the crank windows. But it serves my purposes without too much trouble. The only things I've had to put into this car are new tires, a new blower motor for the AC, a new gasket in the transmission, and a new wheel bearing. For that much use, I would say that that is a more than reasonable amount of maintenance needed. If you take care of the car, it will last a long time. I do agree with one review I've read, it took me a little while to get used to the speedometer being off by about 5 MPH. Other than that, I still thoroughly enjoy driving this car.
