I will buy my next car from here again!!

This car has excellent gas mileage and is great for city and highway driving. I work 10 min from home and love how the car handles in all kinds of weather. So grateful the staff helped me pick the perfect car. Thank you.

Great car for the money

This car is a great starter car. It's comfortable enough as a driver, I have had complaints about the back seat over the years. The transmission is trash, I can't avoid comments about it. It shutters from a stop almost every time. There's an extended warranty out on it, but it did no good in the dealerships attempt to resolve the issue. That being said, I've had the car for 110K+ miles now and have had no real issues besides that. I'm at 141K total and am hoping to continue going strong for a few more years.

Nice ford

I do really like the focus 4 door sedan except for all the issues with recalls I didn't know of. And my dealer says they can't get the part anytime soon.

Transmission sucks Ford

Ford kept telling me nothing was wrong with transmission now it has parts broken inside it. Won’t do the recalls I had to pay for them

Worst car

First of all at dealership I traded a beautiful Mustang. I told sales I needed a car Reliable & would last me for years. Within 10,000 miles clutch went out. Now there is 6 recall notices they will not honor, which I bought premium service agreement. Horrid, screwed!

Complete waste of money

This vehicle has left me without a vehicle too many times. The transmission clutch recall keeps failing. I've had it fixed four different times now. So I decided to call Ford themselves to see what they can do for me and because of the age and mileage (2014 with 103k miles) there's nothing they can do for me. Very displeased and will never be buying another ford. I've driven fords all my life and never had a more problematic vehicle than this one. Very sad, Ford.

Its in the shop every year

This car has been in the shop at least once a year sometimes twice. I bought it with 30k miles. The worst part has been dealing with the dealerships for service because most work coukdnt be done elsewhere. The transmission and modules always act up and oncr the dealership had a one month wait. I had to tow it 25 miles to another dealership. A year later when it acted up, i had a struggle getting the warranty info to the local dealership and I still had to pay the $160 to diagnose the warranty problem. Car is about a 3 and service a 1.

Fun driving car! (with manual transmission)

Powerful enough, efficient enough, comfortable enough, has enough features, easy to maintain. All in all, a very good car for the money. That's the key, Mazda3/Civic/Kia might all be better cars, but you're going to pay several thousand more for an equivalent one (new) or $1000-2000 more for used. We're moving on to electric cars soon, but I'll miss driving the nice smooth 5 speed manual transmission.

Not reliable at all!

I wish I would’ve done me research before getting this car. I total regret purchasing this car. I wish I could trade it, but I have loan on it & I still owe around $7,200! When I took it for a test drive everything was great! Then when I actually started driving it around more it started jerking when I came to a complete stop & pressed the gas, rumbling when I made certain turns, and sometime stall. The “Check engine” light came on...and it was some wrong with the transmission module. Thank god Ford has a 150,000 mile warranty & I got it fixed. Fast forward 5-6 months later & the “Transmission fault, service now” light comes on! I’m really hoping that it’s covered under the warranty. This car isn’t worth putting any money into! You’ll end up putting more money in the car than what it’s worth. I’ll never buy a Ford after I get rid of this piece of crap! DO NOT GET A FORD! I advice you to do your research so you won’t make the mistake I did!

most reliable car i ever owned

i purchased a 2014 focus and the dealer had to replace the clutch pack with a new one. So far its running great, but you have drive it a little more aggressive, since the transmission know how you drive, you cant baby it, and have start off from a dead start a little faster, and it will respond better you, i love handling of it
