I wasn't sure about getting the hatch back but glad I did it looks sporty but is very economical. It has a lot of get up and go and smooth ride.

Purchased this car to replace a really old car. Bought it because of the price and size of the car. Had problems with the transmission after 6 months. The dealer said it was just adjustments. OH okay, fine. Took car in for all maintenance appointments. Continued to have shifting issues, hill climbing issues stuff like that. Ford told us that the car just needed adjustment,okay. Expensive cheap car. Then, 2016 we were out driving. Opps. the transmission started jumping. Pulled into a garage and were told this was a model with transmission problems and why were we still driving it. Dealer and Ford said it was FINE!!!!! Long story short, had to buy another car. A used one because we were so far behind on the FOCUS. Focus had NEW TRANSMISSION installed when we had to trade it in. Oh, the dealer we bought the used car from was able to get Ford and Ford Dealer to take care of the car. GOT THE TRANSMISSION REPLACED. WE COULDN'T GET THAT DONE!!!!!. OH MY!!! HMMMMMMMMM When registering the used car I had to buy, the MV agent had the same problem with his FOCUS!!!!!!!!!

Only down side is the leather seats make it a hard run when trying to do a road trip longer then an hour. The heated seats make it a great ride. small enough to fit into the tight spaces .

My girls and I are really enjoying my newer white 2014 Ford Focus..... I love the mileage I get on this car as compared to my older car I used for the trade in. I told my 12 year old that she would be getting this car when she turns 16 and that put a big smile on her face:)

Bought my car brand new. Had problems the moment I left the dealership. Car has shaking problems that apparently Ford knows about and won't fix. I don't recommend this car to anyone. On top of the shaking the size of the car is very uncomfortable. Overall I wish I NEVER bought this car.

I absolutely love my Ford Focus hatchback!! The ride is comfortable and smooth. Sporty, and fun!! Excellent aesthetics, on exterior, as well as the deceptively roomy interior.

I don't know if I will ever buy another Ford product !!! I have nothing but problems with my 2014 Ford Focus - Transmission not working right-- Motor mounts were broken & had to be replaced-- now I was told Side door LATCH needs to be replace --whenever ford gets the parts !! No dealer will fix or replace my transmission until it quits or I get killed when it doesn't shift !!! I am afraid to drive my Ford Focus very far because I may not get back home again.. I will tell everyone I know about all my problems & no one at Ford cares about it or me!!!! I will write to everyone at Ford Comapny & e mail too.. Joan Clawson

I learned to drive with a stick shift in 1979 and have driven nothing but a stick shift since 1983. This 2014 Focus has the best clutch/shifter setup I have ever driven. It is an awesome experience to go through the gears. As for people who only drive automatics, I pity you.

I own a Ford Focus Titanium Hatchback, fully loaded, and sporty. I love the handling of this vehicle. It's small, compact and comfortable.
