Eco Boost

The Ford Fusion Ecoboost 1.7 in Tuxedo Black is the one i own. Having a 4 cyl. vehicle with turbo is something i highly suggest for those who love to save car yet drive with adrenaline. I must say , the exterior design is very sharp. As you take a look on the inside you see a comfortable high tech vehicle. Interior design can come with different color stitching, which i find fascinating. Overall this vehicle is the all in one type. You can not go wrong with this purchase.

Love my car

This car replaced my old chrysler sebring. its pretty comparable, the inside is roomy and the trunk is wonderfully oversized. the leather interior is beautiful, the cup holders in the front are too high though, i constantly hit my drink.. not a deal breaker, but pretty annoying. i love that this car has lights for "locks" so the kids cannot pull them up and open the locked door. this car drives beautifuly, no clunking or air noises from the windows. drives like a dream on the highway! i get 23-28 miles per gallon dependg on where i am driving. the exterior is pretty, the front grille is weirdly flat, but somehow i like it.

Comfortable while somewhat sporty

Bought the car used with 25k miles and I'm now at 55k miles. It's a pretty comfortable car, even with the 19" Titanium rims and is very enjoyable to drive. Handling is light and nimble and is quite satisfying when the road gets fun- for a family sedan. Power is adequate from the 2.0 turbo and I rarely feel like I need more, but I would expect more power since fuel economy isn't great- I average around 20-22 mpg in everyday driving... that's the same as my previous 2012 Fusion Sport with the 3.5L V6. You'd think a 4 cylinder with less horsepower would get better fuel economy but that's not necessarily the case here. The seats are extremely comfortable and MyFord Touch isn't as bad as people make it out to be. The materials used in the interior FEEL high-quality, as does the leather on the seats. Really my complaints are with small quality issues. There are rattles in the interior that I can't find the source of and they drive me crazy. There's a hard shift from 2nd gear to 3rd (dealer replaced shift solenoids and it didn't solve the issue). Sometimes the transmission just behaves oddly. There's a clicking that comes from the front axle area when the steering wheel is turned and two dealerships haven't been able to find the source. Those two dealerships also haven't been able to find the source of a very high-pitched squeak/squeal that comes from under the car while driving. The exterior of the doors rattle/creak when going over bumps and makes the car sound/feel cheap. The blower motor had to be replaced because it was squeaking loudly with the air on. Two wheels were replaced under warranty because the finish was peeling. Those issues are enough to make me, a loyal Ford owner, at least somewhat regret this purchase. Otherwise, the car is great if you need comfort yet crave a little fun when it comes to handling... and it's a gorgeous vehicle. My brother has a similar model and has had none of the issues I've described, so my advice is to just test drive it for a while before purchasing to make sure there are no issues present. And buy the extended warranty.

First Ford ive owned, love it!

Exterior and interior design are nice! Only thing I could say I don't love is the slight delay I experience when merging or trying to accelerate fast.

2014 ford fusion

I love the car great gas mileage like the features really decent car only thing I don't like and I can't seem to find out what the problem is and apparently Ford don't even know either is there's a tapping noise coming from the engine which almost sounds like a lifter or something in that nature of the top end and when you turn the AC on it makes it worse and the engine shakes and just runs rough has anybody else experienced this and might know what's causing this

Really liked the ruby red exterior color!

This car had many very convenient features and was fairly roomy-large trunk space. Gas mileage was good.
