2014 Ford Fusion consumer reviews

I have owned may ford products; trucks, SUV's, and Mustangs. I have bent them around poles, took them to there breaking points, and hauled the family to church in them!!! This vehicle brings them all together!!! I feel like I am 16 years old again!!!! What a car!!! Four doors and a quite side, but drop the kids off and go for a ride. If you think you need to spend large money to have a great ride you need to drive a Ford!!!! I am too old to be looking for a race, but let me tell you this fusion would make a fool out of a mustang, Camaro, or and dodge product on the market!!!!!! What a ride!!!!

All the basic luxury items, such as heated leather seats, leather wrapped steering wheel, zippy performance and average 31mpg (mostly highway commuting). Bluetooth works without static, however the Ford Sync is slightly aggravating at times. Very good quality build, tight and solid even at 57,000 miles. 1.7L turbo Ecoboost is a lot of fun, but has a slight lifter tick at idle and sounds like a purring sewing machine when idling. A bit of a challenge for a 6'-6" person to get in to and out of, but once in, a very good fit with lots of room. Getting in to the passenger seat is a bit of a drop; can be challenging for an older person to get out of. Heat/AC buttons are aggravatting with the on/off indicator LEDs positioned over the buttons instead of centered on the buttons. Overall a very good buy.

This car has everything i ever wanted in a car. Car rides smooth and is very nice. I like the touch screen and the remote start.

The Ford vehicles I have owned have never failed satisfy and my 2014 Fusion is no exception. It is excellent in all respects!

Ford should recall the surge valve problems acurring in the fusions. Part made very cheap fails all the time. So recall it ford.

Surprised! Surprised! Surprised!!! My first American car, simply awesome! Loved the Ecoboost, interior, 19" H spoke wheels, remote keyless entry and start, premium Sony sound system, moon roof, all leather sport seats.

Decided on the 2014 (true) six speed manual 1.6 Ecoboost powered Fusion. Comfortable car and so far quite reliable! Have to rev the 1.6 to get the power out of it but once learning it's torque curve, the car gives decent performance and sounds great , too! Easy to operate shifter and clutch and love the hill holding feature. Large trunk space and quiet on the road! If you choose to buy the manual , discontinued in 2014, it's a great choice and gives a different personality to an already fun to drive car.

Had this car a month and I love it! Styling is great and agressive and interior is comfortable and inviting.

Mr.Don Cyprian and Mr.Dion Warren took customer service to the next level.From the first day I got there they tried everything to put me in the vehicle i wanted.Even though I couldn't buy the one I wanted, they kept in touch with me and try to help me find the best solution.I went back couple days later, just to find out the car I wanted was already sold.Instead of them giving up on me because I didn't know what other cars I wanted, they actually went and find another one just like the one I wanted only better.Mr.Shanny C did a great job too with the finance.He explained everything to me step by step before he even let me sign the papers. 2014 Ford Fusion drives more like a European sports car: tight responsive steering, low slung seats, and great side mirrors. I was disappointed in less than the 40mpg that I was promised but as soon as I turned off the air conditioner and drove in town with the windows down, I got that 40 MPG promised. I really like the multi seat adjustment option, position 1 for driving, 2 for getting out of the car, and 3 for husband's driving position. The navigation voice activated system seems to understand my voice better than my husband's voice. I would not buy a car that did not have the hands free phone feature. Both my husband's phone and mine are recognized. I expect to add my daughter's phone this next week. It is a great car that I would recommend to anyone, even a grandma like myself.
