I have not been disappointed since buying this car. It has been reliable comfortable and everything I expected in a car. I would buy another if Ford kept making them.

Comfortable ,quiet, and smooth handling. The spacious interior is well designed to ensure passengers safety. The motor is quiet and gas mileage seems above my expectations.

Until four years in I thought the car adequate. But on the fourth anniversary (to the month), with just 22,500 miles on the odometer, my steering locked while driving. It didn't become "stiff, hard to steer" it completely locked. I had NO control of the steering. Luckily I managed to stop the car before I had a collision. My dealership played with it for a week and finally returned it to me saying they couldn't find the problem. After several days of testing and finding the steering sometimes normal, sometimes stiffly resistant, I bought a new car...NOT a Ford.

For the price, this was not a bad car. However, with only 60k miles, new struts were needed. My mechanic mentioned that he has seen multiple fusion owners with similar problems and also mentioned cheaply used parts by Ford. Otherwise, this car has always been very dependable for me.

I think this vehicle overall stands up to it's name. I do think some cars have more issues than others which in my luck this car had allot more. But I can say I am a very detail person and if something is not right or not working right even if it is a very small thing I still take it in.

I love how thoroughly it is designed with lot of attention to detail. My kids love it! I like the plug in feature. The EV battery takes away most of the trunk space which is a significant disadvantage. Shark fin antenna would have complimented the car better.

Looks great. Good performance for 4 cylinder engine. Love this car. Rear seating can be a bit cramped for adults but great for family. No issues mechanically.

This car has a very sleek design to begin with. I had plenty of room in the car for everything. Drove the car everyday and took it on many long road trips. The gas mileage was great and all the functions available inside the car were fantastic. Wonderful car all around.

I bought this car to save on gas as I drive 80 miles each day for work. The car is great looking and very comfortable. I went from a 2010 fully loaded truck to this and the technology is far ahead of what I had in the 2010.

WOW! It is a sharp classy automobile. It practically does everything for you - but drive. Love the all wheel drive, heated seats - Steering wheel - Auto Start, reverse and side window auto view, GPS and the list goes on. Its a super smooth and comfortable ride.
