2nd ponycar for me.
I was fortunate to drive a 1973 Mach 1 when I was younger. I bought a 2000 GT that had 75,000 miles on it. The only things I've done was replace the original battery and the negative post on the cable from being corroded. I was concerned abut legroom but no complaints. It has more room than a 2001 Acura 3.2 CL that I used to own. The 260 HP V8 has all the power I need. Of course it had bolt- on accessories already installed. With the 5-speed, I get 22+ miles per gallon. I would purchase another Mustang when I get the chance.

My first car... and its going to be my last
I feel like the 2000 Mustang beats the rumors of Fords being unreliable. Ive had it for 4 years and i have never had a single mechanical problem. I love this car's looks both inside and outside. I would buy another mustang when the time comes. I recommend it for those who dont mind spending a little extra in gas. I average only 18-20 mpg.

Fun car to drive
I am the original owner of my 2000 Ford Mustang. It has been great fun to drive. I really have had only one problem with it since day one and that is it fails to start after sitting idle for more than 2-3 days. I and the dealer have tested the charging system and replaced items and still experiencing the same problem 8 years latter. I used to drive the car almost every day until recently and now use it as a backup and the problem is obviously more noticeable wit he less frequent use.

American Muscle!
I love american muscle cars and this mustang is just like the classic Mustangs. It's a heavy car with a powerful engine, but it does have it's weaknesses, in handling, gas mileage, and interior size. Ford is pretty reliable though so I trust this car to give me everything I payed for it. The best part is that you can burn any car on the road with this powerful engine.

Most reliable car I've ever owned
Awesome car for the money!!! Has never let me down, blows cars off the road. Great gas mileage, V6 3.8L 190 hp rivals the 220 hp engines of the classic V8 Mustangs. I would definetly tell my best friend to buy this car because its a steal. Ford Tough and never have needed to take it to the mechanic. Most reliable car I have ever owned and this was my 4th car. Definitely makes me proud of the american quality and highest standards that blow away any foreign made car for this price.

Teenage Owner
I'm only 17 years old and Ive have gotten my first Mustang. Its in immaculate condition and it runs great. I unfortunately have the V6 with the automatic transmission, which is the one thing about the car that I dont like. But that aside, its still got some snap off the line and handles pretty decent. I'm planning on owning a Mustang for the rest of my life. Oh yea.....I won Car of the Year for my senior class.

Ford is the best.
I am the third owner of this vehicle. I am very happy. I have had one repair, other than wear and tear stuff like tires and brakes. It was replacing some emisions sensor. I would buy another one except that I am looking for something bigger. Definately not a car for someone who is looking for space. Mine is a 5 speed and very fun to drive. I love Mustangs and will always buy Ford.

My first car
I inherited this car from my Mom, who took horrible care of it. But with all the things she put that poor car through though, it still runs pretty well. I've put it up to 95 mph with no problems, it handles well, and it's nice and small. But it also has trouble starting up on cold days, takes a couple minutes to warm up, and doesn't go into gear right away (I have the automatic). Granted it is 7 years old and has been through a lot, Ford could have done better.

A Better Mustang
I have never owned this car or been in this legend, but I am a Mustang fan. I got 2 books about the Mustang. With 260 HP, this Mustang is the "speed car" for me. 4.6 liter SOHC V8 can knock the 2000 Corvette out! 9.0:1 is good. You may think this car is a hybrid, but it isn't. SEFI can do it for millions of chances. Prices are not bad with $25,460. The car can be a hatchback in 2008, altough the Mustang is a sports car that began in 1964, the same year the Beatles album "A Hard Days Night" was released.

Mustang GT
This is my second mustang, the other was a 92 gt. Maybe not the 5.0 engine like i had before but this 4.6 is not bad. Loves the higher rpms unlike the 5.0. Ride is no comparison between the two. The 92 is a much older car and different components used on the 2k. This new one is a lot quieter(windnoise) but when you get on the throttle exhaust sounds so mean.
