Most Reliable car I ever owned
Great car for a person that is in school or wants a overall great car that will last a lifetime. My car has about 230,000 miles on it and still running strong. People bash on Honda but Honda civics are great cars that can be used as a commuter car, as well as project car.

Extremely Reliable Car
The Honda Civic is truly the most reliable car I've owned. The value is in the reliability, style, and money saved. With regular minor maintenance, this car needs few repairs. Greatest value yet.

Longest running car EVER
I bought this car used for $5000 with only 100,000 miles on it. Now it is well over 200,000 miles and still running no problems . Only a few minor things have gone wrong while I've owned this car. Great car i will never buy anything other than a Honda.

A mixed blessing. This car won't die!
I bought this car in a hurry because my Ford Focus had just died in a parking lot, days after getting it back from the mechanic. It's an older car so it's not the prettiest, both because it is out of style and I hit a deer the month after purchasing the car and was the victim of a hit and run later. I forgot, a tree branch broke the back window, and the windshield needed replacing after being cracked. The muffler was rusted, so the exhaust needed work. The windows don't sit in the track well, so the car can be noisy on the highway. The air conditioning didn't work well for a while, so the condenser and fan were replaced. I got a flat tire on New Year's day (lame, but I have road side assistance) The last thing to be fixed was something plastic hanging off, which I taped up with gorilla tape. This car has NEVER left me stranded anywhere (except at home with the flat tire for a couple of hours; not a big deal). It just will not die (unlike my Focus). This is good and bad because, it's reliable like the sun rising, but I want to get a new car. I think if the car had something terminal (like the transmission is acting up or something) I would look into getting a new car and start saving. For now, I am just taking this car for granted, yet fantasizing about passing on this incredibly reliable car to someone who could use one.

Most reliable car I ever owned.
The car was great and lasted forever without any problems. I had it for several years and it was the most reliable vehicle I ever owned. The exterior styling was super cute . I just wish the new honda civics were a little bit more stylish.

Average Car. Run's forever if you take care of it.
This vehicle is very much an average, reliable coupe. It will last as long as maintenance is done on a regular basis.

RIP Little Honda
I bought my Honda in 2000. I recently traded it in because the ac had broken, she was almost 18yrs old and I didnt really have money for a major repair. What can u say about a car that was 17 and a half and never left you stranded? I went to work in it, took my kids to school, went to countless family funerals and it got me to and from cancer treatments. But it was time to move on. When I bought it I got the extended warranty. The guys at work laughed...said I wouldnt need it. Not with a Honda. And I never did. My salesman told me it would pay for itself at the pumps and he never lied about that. I traded in a V8 Thunderbird and boy was he right. Within a week of buying the car, Honda called and asked how I liked it? I replied, "It still smells new...call me when its paid off and lets see how I feel". Well they never called again but here are your kudos Honda....almost 18 yrs later, I almost cried when I traded it in. Hated to see it go. It was a part of my family and I will DEFINITELY recommend a Honda to ANYONE!

2000 Honda civic will last a lifetime
I think this vehicle is amazing on gas and extremely easy to maintain. If you upkeep this car, it'll drive forever. Of course, the body will start to rust, but it was in good care before I got it.
