I LOVE HONDA

My car just fits all my needs. I love the CRV models. There is plenty of leg room, lots of colors to choose from. The comfort is to die for. Love the ports it has for cell phones and the sun room is a specialty.

I love my car!

I took over a year to decide what car to buy. I started off thinking CRV but looked around at luxury cars as well. In the end I went back to Honda because I knew that I would not regret the purchase due to previous experience and Honda?s reputation. And exactly 1 year later to the date and 16500 miles, I still love it!

This vehicle met all of my needs. Very comfortable for my children and I. Very dependable and once it?s paid off I will be heading right back to Honda for another vehicle.

My favorite car so far in ny 54 years

This car is beyond my expectations. I went from a 8 cylinder Toyota to this 4 cylinder CVT engine and was worried about ecceleration... voy was I wrong. It's fun to drive with its tur o engine...my model is a Touring edition and has all the bells and whistles. I couldn't be happier.

I heard it's a very reliable car .

The car is easy to drive, very smooth and stable. The only drawback for me is the driver seat which is too low for me since I am a short person but not a problem since I can use pillows.

Too big

Great price and options. Can?t see out the side or back of the vehicle. Not as comfortable as Subaru. Love the apple car play but other vehicles have this. CRV is a little longer than I want.

Oil level rises, fuel dilution, Honda has no fix

Check your oil level often...oil level creeps up above max level due to gasoline getting into oil sump. Some theories: low speed pre-ignition (LSPI) ping/knock is prevented by injection of excess gasoline but excess gets into oil sump; cam driven high pressure fuel pump leaks thru o-rings directly into engine; short drives do not allow excess fuel in oil to heat up for positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) system to work; cold weather, same PCV problem. Honda China actually forced a recall on this issue and Honda came up with some weird modifications...not sure if this corrected problem. Canada & US Honda still delaying action. Some folks warm up engine by driving in sport mode, but that uses more engine braking I think. Some use the highest octane gas to stop ping and prevent excess fuel injection, but that costs more, but may increase gas mileage. Some changing or having the dealer change oil much more frequently. The center control screen for audio and other functions (like Android Auto) reacts very slowly compared to a typical tablet or smartphone. Front driver seat is not that comfortable for my thin 6ft size and my knees rub on door and center console more than I like. Rear seats do have good knee room. Exterior style could be smoother in front and more stone resistant. Rear window and car overall gets dirty quickly. Hangook? Tires seem noisy on roads. Best thing is ACC auto cruise control for following cars in stop and go traffic. Lane assist is not reliable enough, but helps on long freeway straight roads to give you a little backup if you look away.

Best Car I've Ever Owned

Note: this is a review of the Touring model. Great design exterior and interior: sexy exterior, luxury high end interior (that wood grain, leather wrapped steering wheel). Very roomy interior with best in class back seat room & storage. Maximum amount of tech for the price point with safety features, big screen, great dash, rear view camera, intuitive controls. The most comfortable leather seats out there with dual memory. Surprising features I can't live without now such as brake hold, dual memory driver's seat, Apple Car Play/Android Auto, LED headlights, hands free liftgate that is height adjustable, adaptive cruise control, active noise cancellation, active shutter grill, awd, dual climate control, 3 level heated seats, 5 star accident tests. Nice commanding high driving position mixed with low center of gravity, and great visibility. Corners like a beast and accelerates like a demon (and yet somehow has best in class gas mileage thanks to the cvt 34 hwy). Super easy fold down rear seats (60:40) and easy to install car seat hooks. And small things that makes you know Honda's attention to detail such as endless creative storage nooks, 8 cupholders, 4 usb chargers (including two 2.5 amp speed chargers), 90 degree opening rear doors, rear vents, no center hump for maximum 5 passenger capacity, rear dimming mirrors, blind side monitoring with semi-fish eye right side mirror, extra wide yet enveloping captain's chairs, perforated seats (beautiful), attention monitor, econ mode, 12 way adjustable driver seat, rain sensing wipers, details of every design curve inside & outside are absolutely perfect, tilt back rear seats, 2 level rear cargo space, spare tire, rear cargo lights, 12 speaker stereo, rear privacy glass. You Can Have the best of both worlds! Overall, this is an SUV that drives (accelerates & steers) like a compact car. It is a small compact SUV that has more room than all others in class, more room than a mid size SUV and almost the same as a large SUV. It is a 4 cylinder turbo that accelerates like a V6 but has class leading gas mileage of 27/29/34 MPG! It is a $34,000 car that looks and feels like $50,000- $75,000 features & comfort; including semi-autonomous and tech/safety features only available in $100,000 cars. It has a beautiful design on the outside, and high end luxury looking/feeling inside. It will shuttle my family around town & can also be taken out for spirited drives by myself. And guys, this is a Honda which means it is super reliable, and will retain its value after 10-20 years.
