2011 Honda Pilot consumer reviews

After two Ford Exporers, I made the switch to a Honda Pilot with my recent purchase. The primary motivation was the satisfaction we've had with our 2005 Honda Odyssey, which has been terriffic. I put over 100K miles on each Explorer, and plan to do the same with the Pilot, so it seemed that the additional expense would more than pay for itself on the back end with longer ownership, given the Honda reputation and my driving style. The Pilot has been excellent so far - gas milage is better than my Explorer had been, and the features (EX-L with Navigation) have been wonderful, including rear-backup camera, USB connection for iPod, Navigation, zoned climate controls, third-row seating with power outlets and drink holders in all rows, etc. I also had running boards added to help kids and parents get in and out. I did have to get a window crack repaired already, and may have another starting, so I'm not yet sure if that is just random, or something specific to the Pilot construction (window angle, etc.). Could also use a few more front-seat drink holders (like the Odyssey has). Overall, very happy with my choice.

We just traded our old Pilot in for a new one. I love the comfort, driving ease, the look, and durability. This won't be my last Honda!!!

Just bought over the weekend. The car had under 50 miles on the odometer. So far so good! Its big roomy and very stylish. I previously read some review on this site and someone had complain on the moonroof being to noisy when open. What do you expect...a luxury car?? Its an SUV! It sits high and of course wind noise is going be a little loud. Over all, the car gets a lot of attention and loving every driving minute of it.

This is the best car I've ever driven!!!! It is so cool. I got it for high school, and i absolutely love it. Of course my parents got me the touring model because I'm that awesome!! I totally recommend it to everyone. It is defiantly a great buy!

Love the 2011 pilot,roomy,very comfortable. Good leg and head room for tall people. Needs inside release for the entire back not just window. Fuel mpg could be better. Running boards should come standard, for short people and kids.
