same problem everyone else is having info system sucks. sounds like rocks hitting the windshield and the stereo system speakers crackle and then goes out. very unlike any other Honda I have owned. with so many people having the same problem Honda needs to fix it. They are bringing in a specialist from Honda to fix. we will see. everything else is great, ride, tow a small boat, gas mileage, very comfortable on highway,

Still new Too early to tell Hope for the best Have had good luck with Hondas before Test drove and felt good on the road

This vehicle meets all our needs; i.e. numerous safety features, tech savvy, stylish, roomy, heated front and second row leather captain's chairs and great gas mileage for the size of the vehicle.

Only drove 200 miles, so far we love it. We have gone through the entire owner’s manual setting everything up. Can’t wait to take a trip!!

This is my 3rd Honda Pilot lease. Good reliable car. I wish there were better colors to choose from. The colors don't change year over year, and they are pretty boring.

I wish I would have read reviews before. I have same issues as others with crackling noises from speakers, network connection error on infotainment display, dvd display or radio randomly turns off and this was 3 months after purchase of my 2020 Touring. Don’t purchase save the headache and hassle since no fix yet by Honda. I usually don’t do reviews good or bad but this had to review.

It's a lemon. Waiting on lawyers at this point, but I've taken it in twice for the same issue and Honda doesn't know what the cause is.

I have had the same issue many on this site are reporting- Crackling speaker noise, "sounds like pebbles hitting the windshield," etc. I took it back to the dealer 3x now and it always seems fixed then the noise re-surfaces. Also, I had the speedometer go dark while driving and also the same for the radio display.

This car gives us the room to haul our grandkids. It has the comfort we are looking for and has nice style for when we are driving. It has great driving assistance that we are looking forward to using on a few road trips too! Lots of features for a great price!

Can’t recommend with the electrical popping noise coming out of the speakers. Very frustrating and Honda has no solution. Have had it in the shop 5x with less than 4500 miles. Sound is unbearable with radio on or off.
