2020 Honda Pilot consumer reviews

Honda meets all my needs perfectly. Gets good gas mileage and goes in all types of weather. It has all the comforts and luxury that would compete with the high dollar suvs.

The car has meet my needs. I love the driver settings from the seat the mirrors. Tons of leg from for travel. I love the many features.

Just bought it and have been researching for a year against other similar SUVs. Kept coming back to the Pilot and happy we purchased it.

The 2020 Pilot does not disappoint. It offers the feel of driving a comfortable sedan while providing the safety and space of an SUV. Love it!

This car meets all of my needs, is reliable, it has plenty of space and I can fit my family of 5 confortably now. .

Touring model has cracking & popping sounds coming from dash. This is a major defect that Honda is aware of and was present in 2019 models as well but they do not have a fix. They should not be selling the vehicle with this serious of an issue and no known fix. As great as this vehicle is on all other accounts, this electrical defect ruins the driving experience.

I’ve owned this vehicle for 3 months and I’m having electrical issues with the clicking sounds coming from the a/c, the sunroof doesn’t close, the back up camera went black, and the power seats would turn on the heater, and now I’m hearing a cricketing sound from the dashboard. I’m having my attorney help me return this car back to the dealership. I’m sad that I have to look for another brand.

I purchased a brand new 2020 pilot Elite. Today on my drive home there was constant LOUD popping and cracking noises coming from the front windshield. I turned off my radio and asked my 15 year old to record it. After about 5 mins my dash behind my steering wheel went black. I could no longer see what speed I was traveling on a 70mph highway. After a couple mins the screen turned back on. The cracking and popping continued. When I attempted to turn the radio back on I saw it said “Radio unavailable”. I turned it off and then on again and it worked. I have also had at least 3 times where my BRAKE alert flashes and beeps and no one is around or in front of me. I called my dealership as soon as I got home to schedule bringing it in. The technician acted like he had not heard of this problem before. It’s scheduled to go in on Monday (today is Friday). I’m most frustrated because as soon as I finished scheduling with them I googled the issue and found this has been an EXTREMELY COMMON problem in this vehicle! Not happy..... we will see what comes on Monday

My new Pilot is so comfortable and quiet. I am consistently getting 28+ mpg in the city without activating the Eco button. It will be with us along time.
