Lithia Volkswagen of Des MoinesReviews
Lithia Volkswagen of Des Moines review
Excellent service. I go to this location for servicing my VW vehicles and yesterday purchased a nearly new Taos. The Sales man (Jeff) worked to find out what would be most suitable for my requirements (long commutes and night driving) and what would fit into my limited budget. The whole team (service, sales and finance) worked seamlessly together to get an optimal solution to my predicament. Jeff and the Finance/Lone gentleman stayed well past closing time to get the paperwork completed and get me on the road with a nearly new vehicle. I would strongly recommend the Merle Hay Lithia to anyone wishing to have a stress free purchase without any heavy sales pitch performance. I might also add that the service group is also very helpful and polite.

This was my first experience with Audi of Bellevue, and it was an excellent one. I?ve recently purchased my 2022 Audi, and brought it in for a new buyer look over service. I had TRIED to buy an Audi here, however the Salesman NEVER called us back with an of color?SERIOUSLY, so I found one elsewhere?and brought it here lol to have it?looked at, thank you. Daniel in service is a great addition to your staff. Your sales team?I don?t even remember his name. But I have my Audi!

Great experience in making a long distance sale. Located the vehicle through Cars.com, contacted through the provided link and started a direct text conversation with a salesman. Made a visit to test drive, told them I was interested, did most of the paperwork that day, no deposit required, and went back 2 days later and picked it up. Great price with the dealer discount and multiple Ford rebates.

I had been looking for a replacement car for about 6 mos. I found the Audi A3 on Carfax and immediately asked about its availability. The response was great and I made an appointment to come in to see the car. It was exactly as described. I was impressed by the transparency of the buying process. No haggling or endless trips to see the manager. The purchase was smooth, no negotiating, costs were disclosed. And I'm very happy to have bought my A3 sedan from AutoNation Honda of Freemont.

The absolutely smoothest transaction I ever had buying a car. I loved the atmosphere. I just told them what I like and they found me the perfect car, and all within my budget. The sales rep Preston was always courteous, friendly. He made us feel right at home. Actually, the whole staff was great, Stephanie and Mitchel also assisted me with my purchase. I am very happy with my decision to shop at Victory Nissan of Dickson! Yep, gotta love it! 💕 5x2 stars.

I went in for an oil change and came out with a new car! Both the service and sales departments were professional, courteous, and welcoming. The sales team truly listened to my needs and understood my financial limitations. They worked with me to get me into a new car without breaking my budget. I left feeling confident, happy, and with a payment that worked for me. I’m very grateful for the excellent service and would definitely recommend this dealership!

I love my Honda. It drives beautifully, it’s comfortable, holds the road, you feel safe because it’s so well made. A wonderful driving experience. I plan on buying it back when my lease is up.

My husband and I bought a car today from Eddie. He was very helpful and honest with concerns we had. Enjoyed our time with him while waiting on paperwork to be done. Very intelligent and helped us (old folks)with all of this new technology. So BLESSED to have him on your team. Thanks again The Moores

The most low-stress experience I have ever had buying a vehicle! There was no pressure to buy nor did they try to up-sell us to the top of our budget. Everything was really honest and above-board. I will buy from them again the next time we need a vehicle!

The buying process was simplified. Joe Solomon is an awesome to work with. Highly recommend him. He juggled multiple cars for us to test drive and compare. Not pushy or hard sale.
2020 Honda Pilot review
Waited to give an honest review. 4 years later, I know have 109,000 miles on my 2020 Pilot Tour. The bad: It developed the known crackle sound coming from the speakers. This was fixed under warranty twice. The second time not coming back and has been fine. The looks are "meh". My wife's Nissan of similar trim level has a far nicer interior and much fancier seats. On curves the "warning" light flashes on my dash and the steering wheel shakes sometimes if a car is coming from the other direction. It's annoying, but I hear a problem for many manufacturers with these safety features, not just Honda. The Good: I consider my Pilot practical. It does everything well, just not flashy. My previous car was a 2012 Honda Pilot that I put 190,000 trouble free miles on. This Pilot with an updated transmission feels MUCH quicker. It is much easier to drive. It handles well, averages around 24 mpg on my commute (non expressway), and has been trouble free outside of the speaker issue. It hauls the family well, with lots of room, especially if the 3rd row is not used. I put on the dealer installed trans cooler and trailer hitch to tow a couple of waverunners, which it hauls easily. If you can get past the "ok" styling, it is a car that does everything well and my reliability has been very, very good so far.
