2020 Honda Pilot consumer reviews

Cracking/Popping sound here too on my 2020 Pilot Touring with 3000 miles on it. Just started this week. Good thing I bought this for the Cabin Chairs!

great car with lots of room. Wish I could turn off selective beeps like rear hatch opening and closing. Radio software for USB stick sucks. It does not recognize all music in selected folders. It does not play all songs in all folders before repeating. It does repeat some songs over and over. The brake warning sensor comes on for no reason. i.e no cars in sight then all of a sudden "BRAKE" warning comes on

I dropped off my 2020 Honda pilot touring today for the cracking/popping. I have read all the reviews on line and its not looking good. I made comment to mngr that this is all over the internet, he said they have some procedures they are working on. I love vehicle, but its not a comfortable drive with all that noise. So far that is the only issue at this time. I will return or trade it in if problem continues with no permanent fix and I will be writing letter to Honda Corporate. I heard there is class action suit starting about this , but if comes to it, I'm fighting it on my own w/ lawyer if need be.

With the exception of the electrical issues I love the car. However, it has had the wiring harness tightened fit the cracking and popping noises appearing to come from the windshield. Then the harness was replaced twice or the same issue. Friday got the car back after the engineer changed the “ends” and plugged it back up. Guess we will see when this happens again. It was in the shop one other time for the same thing but they could not replicate it. Would not recommend.

I absolutely love the look and feel of this car! It drives so smooth and I love all the extra safety features and comfortable chairs! It makes driving long distance is very enjoyable!

I'm extremely happy with my new Pilot. It is an excellent vehicle. I was looking for an SUV with a 3rd row and this vehicle delivers. It has plenty of room. It drives very smoothly.

Very quiet, rides smoothly, accelerates comfortably, has prudent safety features, and is stylish in appearance. The rear backing camera is especially convenient for trailer hookups, and the blind spot warning sensors are an excellent safety feature.

I have a 2020 Pilot Elite. I have been experiencing intermittent cracking sounds from the area of the windshield now for months. I also had the radio shut on me several times. I called Honda thinking that it may be a software problem and I need to download an update but they said no and that they have never heard of this problem ! My wife googled this and now I see it is happening to many people. I really expected more from Honda which I thought had a great reputation for reliability and customer service. I paid a ton of money for this car - What is going on is unacceptable and for Honda to deny that this is a defect is terrible. Something must be done. I already have 8000 miles on the car I am afraid it is no longer covered under the "lemon law". Has ANYONE gotten this fixed by a dealer ?????

I was really impressed moving up from a CR-V to this. It’s better sized to accommodate our 4 person family. It drives great and has great visibility when I’m on those busy roads commuting.

The Honda Pilot Elite is the complete luxury vehicle. It ride like a car with all the amenities of luxury and yet provides accommodation for the whole family and a huge trunk when needed.
