Good car, fun to drive.

I love my Veloster, there are pros and cons to every car. Let's start with the pro's. It has a dual clutch for manual shifting if you prefer. It is zippy and small so moving into lanes of traffic is easy and effortless. So far, 85k miles and no major mechanical issues. The styling is awesome, I have blue and that is one reason I bought this car. It handles well in snow with All Season tires (not stock tires, they are for dry, even, pavement.). Wear and Tear items seem to last longer than other cars I have owned. Pretty good highway miles per gallon at about 33. City ranges about 26. It is very spacious inside and the trunk space is pretty decent as well. There are a lot of modifications that you can do easily and pretty inexpensively. Cons: Suspension is definitely lacking. It is a bumpy ride, especially in Wisconsin. I wish it had more features such as keyless entry, remote start, better sound system and integration of bluetooth audio. (it has it, just not that great for streaming music, calls seem to be perfectly fine). The newer models come with these features now. The cloth could use an upgrade for the seats. It's like burlap. Not a fan. It did not hold it's value at all. It is 5 years old and I still owe more than it's worth.

Love everything about it.

This vehicle is definitely a bang for your buck. The vehicle has such a nice interior. Not to mention, how smooth it shifts. Amazing. I love it.

Bad Service

Abnormal oil consumption , Too many sensors fail, Poor dealer service. I will never buy another vehicle from Hyundai. Very disappoint with Hyundai, I trust in this Korean automaker, but I feel very upset about the quality of their products.

Excellent value for your money

Great little car that weighs under 3000lbs and handles/accelerates very well. Very little body roll in the corners and tight steering. Interior design is unique and stylish, and the leather seats are both extremely comfortable and look great. Gas mileage is okay and overall reliability wasn't as good as I hoped. Little drivetrain issues here and there. Storage space is excellent for a compact car.

Stylish car with great gas mileage!

This is a great little car. My only complaint is that I wish it had 4 doors, not 3. It gets great gas mileage. We average about 33mpg and we regularly get 36mpg on the highway. I love the hatchback look so I think its a sweet looking car!

Handsome car

I had the Turbo for 5yrs and the only thing I miss is looking at it. It's handsome, under performance car.

So far so good.

I absolutely LOVE this car. The style, the drive. I get amazing gas mileage which was one of the reasons I chose the veloster when car shopping. This car is a small car though, which was what I wanted but getting larger people in and out of the back seat is kind of difficult. Also if you live sonewhere that snows alot id recommend snow tires. I have driven this is the snow and it isnt the best because its so light. But otherwise the car is amazing. I think hyundai did an awesome job designing this car, I love the touchscreen inside. I heard bad things about the turbo, and how it breaks too often so I got a regular veloster even though some of the features I wanted were in the turbo( smart key, push to start, nicer front grille) Definitely recommend this car to everyone!
