What it is: The QX60 is a luxury version of the seven-seat SUV also sold as the Nissan Pathfinder. It comes with a gas 3.5-liter V-6 and as the four-cylinder QX60 Hybrid; both are available with front- or all-wheel drive. Competitors include the Acura MDX, Audi Q7 and Buick Enclave.
New for 2017
The 3.5-liter V-6 engine gets direct injection and horsepower increases to 295 from 265. Torque increases to 270 pounds-feet from 248. A motion-activated power liftgate, automatic high beams and auto-dimming side mirrors have been added to the Deluxe Technology Package. The dual screens for the optional rear entertainment system are 8 inches, an inch larger than before.
