One of best 4X4's on the market
We just replaced our leased 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit with a 2020. First Jeep was great, and even though the styling hasn't changed, the new one definitely gets off the line quicker. What we love about the Jeep is luxurious interior, phenomenal sound system, and very nice styling. It is rare that we replace an existing leased vehicle with an (almost) identical model, but in the case, the choice was easy. There are definitely a lot of great SUV's out there, so if you are in the market, I highly recommend giving Jeep a look.

Great SUV for the money
This is my second WK2 Grand Cherokee. We have a 2015 Limited with 90,000 hard miles and it is a tank. Zero issues and zero complaints with it. Purchased a 2020 Altitude in addition to the 2015 and also love it. Do not like the addition of stop start however in the 2020. Rides great, great power, looks great and the highway ride is quiet and smooth. My only complaint is regarding the radio. The new screen for 2019 and 2020 is crystal clear and much better than my 2015 BUT the sound system is laughably bad. Does not go loud, is not clear and just overall disappointing. Nothing mechanically wrong with the audio system, just overall low quality and has buggy software that FCA does not have a fix for. My 2015 has the same 6 speaker set up and that audio system is fantastic. I have 5,000 miles on it now and love the way it drives. Cant beat the WK2 platform, it is much better than even the brand new Explorer.

Luxury & ruggedness at an affordable price
I upgraded from a Limited to an Overland. I cannot say enough good things about the Grand Cherokee. I never had issues with my 2017 Limited. It was the perfect blend of comfort and off-road capability. From driving through rugged terrain to my hunting blind, to hauling my boat, all while in comfort, the Limited delivered. The Overland I’m in now just bumps it up to a whole new level. It has features I never knew I needed like adaptive cruise, lane departure, braking assist, all in a beautiful interior and exterior despite this style being 10 years old now. It still looks and handles great. I’m looking forward to enjoying this vehicle for another 3 years. Hoping the new styles are out soon!

My second Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited
Excellent vechile. BIG PROBLEM is that the front safety radar sits in the front grill in the same place the front license plate would mount. It appears that you either have to choose to display your front plate and lose your front radar, or not mount the plate (there's no bracket for it) and hope the police understand.

Great on board screen, fast for a V6. Better mpg than my V8. Comfort for a 6’4” guy. Stereo Rocks! Siri is always with me, gps keeps me found. I love it. It’s my 5th grand Cherokee

Love Jeeps
Faults if you get tow hitch. Automatic breaking will prevent you from backing up to boat etc. Zappone clifton park does not know how to fix this problem nor work on the electrical on jeep hitches with the new electronics. Took star off for reliability because I am having a tough time hooking up the hitch to tow.
